Didn’t get furniture delivered yet , ordered a couch and dining set online, wanted to purchase it on sale at quoted price but went checked out price went up 300$, spoke to someone on phone said he would change it but price still stayed same , debating whether to cancel my order, because couldn’t get answer from customer service

Awful, disgusting, horrible company to buy ANYTHING from. They left us waiting for the couches almost 1 konth when they said 1 week it will be delivered. Once the item is paid in full you're screwed!! They are careless.

Raymond and Flanigan are THIEVES!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.....THE BEST STORE IS WEST ELM.

Sales Rep Garyl Robinson is always available by multiple means.
Very responsive and attentive regardless of the total amount of the order. He is very knowable of the items and is able to quickly replace an out-of-stock item with a like item in what feels like seconds.

Excellent delivery very professional, kind and quick. Also followed mask policies.

Legs loose on the accent chair. Cloth ripped under the accent chair. Strings coming lose from the couch. Don’t trust that your furniture will be good on delivery. Inspect it. I’m hoping my furniture will perform well in the long run
