Very helpfull salesman .

Great customer service.
The sales man gave is space to look around the store. Was very helpful and had very good customer service skills.

The gentleman who waited on us was very polite and helpful . We found what we were looking for!

I have visited the Raymour Outlet several times over the past year and a half. I have always had a very welcoming and no pressure experience with any and all staff!

My salesperson is Pedro who happens to be the store Lead Home Furnishings Consultant! Pedro is always so patient, helpful and provides insight whenever I request. He goes above and beyond to really be sure you have the best possible experience and are satisfied! It is always a pleasure to see him and he is never a pressuring person and a true asset to the Raymour corporation. Thanks for all you do Pedro! I truly appreciate!

The sales person was very helpful,pleasant and polite, not pushy,and gave me my space which is important to me

Eric was helpful and explained our purchase thoroughly.

Spoke to Kevin at the lake grove store who referred me to Renee next door at the outlet. Store she could not have made it easier showed me around different choices didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. I’m sure I’ll be happy with my new recliner when they deliver it next week. If I need anything else I won’t hesitate to shop there again.

The sales people knew when to talk to me and when to leave me to think.

I purchased a mattress at the Lake Grove location on 5/4/23. The salesperson, Marleen Shillingford, said I would receive a $200 Mastercard gift card as a reward for the purchase. I received a $100 gust card about 2 weeks ago. I have spoken with the salesperson twice, 5/30/23 and 5/24/23, and she assured me she was working with a manger to resolve the matter. As if today 5/31/23, I still have not received the $100 Mastercard reward.

Rich the salesman really came through for my family. He went above and beyond for us Thank you Rich, very much appreciated!!
