Very nice experience at your store
Very nice experience at your store. We were greeted by Christina Shepherd, she answered our questions and left us to walk around. She did keep in touch with us while we were in the store and helped us purchase our TV stand. The whole process was very smooth and everything was explained. Delivery is scheduled for Wednesday. Thanks
Incorrect Pickup Date-
The receipt told us pickup of out sofa was thursday by 4:00 at lancaster location. We rented a truck and when we went to pick it up- it wasnt there- wont be there until next tuesday I am livid - the truck was an expense I dont want to repeat

The sales rep took time finding out what our needs were. He also went out of his way to show me many pieces of furniture I was looking for, even when I went back several times.

i filed a claim to order replacement handles for dresser 6 months ago. Took 3 months to get email acknowledging request. Sent photos, no response and it’s still pending. Called store last week theu advised will check- still no answer.

I ordered a piece of furniture on line and was quite impressed with how well the ordering procedure was structured which made it easy to order my purchase.
The short version- things took longer…
The short version- things took longer than quoted, my ottoman broke in less than a month due to faulty parts, communication has been mediocre and slow at best and it looks like it’ll be an indefinite amount of time to get a new ottoman since supposedly mine can’t be fixed
Less than Ideal Experience
Our experience with Raymour and Flanigan was less than spectacular through a series of events in their control and outside of their control. My husband and I ordered a crib and a dresser on 10/11. They indicated they had just gotten a new computer system and were working out some kinks. We scheduled delivery for 10/19. We received the text with the times they were to deliver the furniture and they never showed up. After contacting the store, they indicated it was an issue with the new system and we rescheduled delivery for 10/26. On 10/26, the delivery showed up, but only had the dresser and indicated that they did not have the crib to deliver. After us contacting the store again, we rescheduled the crib to be delivered on 11/2. When they showed up to deliver the crib on 11/2, they set it up… and it had a crack in the wood! We had to again contact the store and had to reschedule a fourth attempt to get the crib fixed. They were supposed to come on 11/9 to fix the crib. On 11/8, we received a phone call saying the crib was now “out of stock” and they were not sure when they would get the piece to be able to fix the crib. After a back and forth with the store, they indicated they would deliver the new piece and repair the crib on 11/23. When the truck arrived on 11/23, they brought the incorrect piece for the crib, so yet again, we had to contact the store about the mistake. We finally were able to get confirmation that they would replace the entire crib on 11/30. On 11/30, we finally were able to get our crib delivered correctly. Throughout the process, we were refunded the delivery fee, and compensated $100 for our troubles. They also indicated that they would compensate us another time; however that was several weeks ago and we have not seen that money returned to our bank account. It took approx. six different attempts to be able to get our furniture delivered correctly (taking up six different days we had to be home for delivery) with communication and follow through from Raymour and Flanigan being less than ideal.

Our salesman Brad was extremely helpful with deciding on our furniture purchase. He was assisting with measurements and how the chairs would sit on two different surfaces in our house. Excellent experience.
