Salesman (Harvey), was very helpful with my purchase

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the mattress I purchased. He told me about the warranty. He also let me know if I was not satisfied with my purchase I could exchange it within 120 days. He took his time and showed me several top quality mattresses. It was a pleasure shopping at your Langhorne store.

Dave was a great salesman. He explained the furniture selections to me. Listened to what I was looking for and let me look by myself. He was there but not hovering. In the end I chose a nice set and I am excited waiting for it to be delivered thanks Dave

first I met JR..super informative and did not follow me around. When I was ready to ask questions , he assisted. Then I met Erica ( JR took personal day) when I came back from vacation and she also was helpful with quuestions.

JR provided me excellence customer service every time I come. He’s very polite and professional and they have done whatever it took to get the job done. JR treats this place like he owns it and provides myself another customers, outstanding warmth and comfort service. He goes above and beyond

We had a woman help us and she was great. She helped us find what we wanted. She also showed us alternatives . She did not hover, she respected us to give us space We are going back to buy more. How about that.

Our salesperson Randee at the Langhorne Pa store was not only knowledgeable but efficient and helpful. She was able to find exactly what we wanted and also quickly found a comparable replacement for a discontinued item. We had an issue with corporate customer service regarding a damaged item, but she quickly resolved the issue and arranged for delivery of a replacement. Karl was a phenomenal sales associate! The store was very busy but he made us feel like we were his priority. He’s so genuine and kind hearted and made our buying experience an absolute blast! Christine handled our paperwork and she was absolutely lovely and super helpful with all of our options since we are buying a home. We loved our experience at this store compared to the other Raymours we had visited! Highly recommend!

The salesman was friendly but not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable about the sofa we used and answered all our questions.

Initial salesman started helping other people, but the manager wrote up my sale. After being incorrectly charged twice for delivery, a phone call to the manager resolved the issue.

Ralph was courteous, professional and best of all offered service but left us look on our own.
