We were looking for a mattress. Tammy helped us. We weren’t sure what we wanted but she spent the time helping us decide. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Great service at Lawrenceville, New Jersey store from AJ.
I visited Raymourand Flanigan to purchase a couch in August 2025 in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. This was my first time at the store and I was extremely pleased with the service my wife and Ireceived from AJ. He was very knowledgeable about the furniture, very respectful of our needs and exceedingly accommodating. We got exactly what we were looking for and had all of our questions answered in a precise, thorough manner. And he couldn’t have been nicer or more congenial. We will not hesitate to come back or recommend the store to others because of the service we received from AJ.

Another great trip and purchase from Raymour & Flanagan thanks to AJ
In the past I’d used Raymour & Flanigan to a furnish my master bedroom , kitchen and living room which was bk in 2009 and I had such a good experience with quality furniture , great baked helper and delivery fast and professional so had to come bk when it as time for a new king mattress. The sales associate, AJ , was excellent. He was knowledgable, courteous , patient and there tk answer anything. He stayed close but not on top of use just enough tk help but also let us try them all with no interruption just patience and gave us space to shop. Hitting the July 4 sales was great I saved a lot of money while also getting into a higher cost bracket and better quality for a lower cost and evening was great. He had us set up for free delivery the next morning plus made some other good deals to get us even more for the money. I was super happy and just spending the first night on the new mattress and it’s a dream compared to the damaged worn 16 yr old one I had and hadn’t realized that it was a major cause of my chronic lumbar pains to the point of stay awake busy and out of my bed 48 hours plus at a time and just an hour in it would cause totally disabling pain. Now I am so comfortable and feel better already for then first time in years

Went in looking for a new recliner
Went in looking for a new recliner and Sam was incredibly helpful. He let us take our time and answered all of our questions. There was no high pressure sales push, which was a breath of fresh air.

Sales experience
My husband and I went initially to the Outlet store to look at a couch we saw online. The store didn’t have the couch we saw, and the sales representative referred us to another representative at the nearby main store. The main store had the couch we saw online but it didn’t meet our needs. We explained what we wanted in a couch and she suggested a comparable one which met our needs. She helped us select the appropriate color and fabric. She was knowledgeable about the product and didn’t try to sell us more than what we wanted. It was a pleasant experience and we are looking forward to the delivery of our new couch.

We had a problem with a couch purchased…
We had a problem with a couch purchased at Raymour and Flanigan in Lawrenceville. They gave us a new one, and the same thing broke on the new couch. We went down to the store and spoke with the Customer Service manager, ( Rose ) she was amazing in getting us an exchange for something else. Then Victor one of the store managers, helped us pick out a new couch. Raymour and Flanigan’s customer service is the reason we keep buying our furniture there.
