Great experience shopping for a recliner. Consultant Tahj Papallo was very professional and knowledgeable about the recliners we looked at. He didn't pressure us one bit, he let us take our time to try out each recliner and come to decision in our own time. He even helped us with placing our order and fixing a delivery issue that he noticed when following up on our order the next day. Tahj was great to work with and is exactly what a customer hopes for in a store consultant.

I was very pleased when I entered Raymour & Flanigan. I was greeted right away by the staff. I was told if I needed any help by Katherine McKnight that she could assist me. I said to Ms. Katherine I was going to look at the Kenger bedroom set. I was looking around to make sure that’s what I wanted. After 20 minutes Ms. Katherine come to assist me. We looked at different bedrooms sets and lamps and living room set. And area rugs. It was such a pleasure meeting Katherine. I tell you I enjoyed my time at Raymour & Flanagan. Her personality was great. She didn’t pressure me. She took her time with me. I was at the store for a hour and a half. I was very pleased with my purchase at Raymour Flanagan. Katherine is the best.

I found it easy to follow the instructions since I am a senior and not use to using online orders. My daughter and next door neighbor have your furniture and love it so I typed you up and was pleasantly surprised to find what I wanted.
I am hoping my couch comes ASAP since my grandsons were able to take my old couch away.
I did use the white glove attachment in hopes it helps me and my delivery. Thank you for the easy online help.

Very professional service from very knowledgeable sales consultant. Significant options to choose from and high quality products. Have purchased products here before and will gladly return again in the future.

Randy at the Manchester CT store was excellent. Ended up ordering online because I came home to measure my room and submit a credit app, but he was a very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn’t pushy at all and was a pleasure to work with

My visit to the Manchester store in May was great- Derrick was informative and available.

I was greeted upon walking in the front door and got a personal walkthrough the entire store, identifying the dining room sets that suited my tastes. It was an efficient use of my time and extremely helpful when it came to determining my final purchase.

I strongly advise against buying the protection insurance I purchased that insurance for my coach and was told that if I had any stains on my couch or wanted to clean they would come to my house and clean it without any problem but when I actually did have a stain which was chocolate, they sent a man with a spray bottle and a little cloth who dabbed at it and left the stain right where it was so I absolutely recommend that you do not buy the protection insurance. The couch itself was excellent.

We used our salesman for our daughters bedroom furniture..it was a great experience so I told him we’d be back when we were getting ours. We asked for him at the entrance and we went shopping! Michael McGill is professional..knows his products and is very easy to work with. Ask for him in the Manchester CT store you’ll be happy you did!

The only thing that cost one star was I had to go looking for someone to help me. I was lucky to find the lady that did help me and she was 5 stars.

If zero stars was an option, I would choose that. We were delivered half of a couch in the 6th of March. We patiently waited for the other half, on the 14th they scheduled another delivery. They brought the wrong half, the half they already delivered. As of today, no news as to when or if they couch will be delivered. The customer service is so poor, the accountability for their mistakes. I would chosen any other store, or no couch, rather than use you guys again.

I had the best experience purchasing the bench I got. Low pressure from my sales gal and was attentive to what I was looking for. So together we were able to make a nice selection.
