The customer service with Paul was good

Sebastian showed me the sofas I was interested in, & helpful in picking out the right one for me. He was knowledgeable, patient & friendly.

I waited for hours and they didn't arrive, we called and finally they said they weren't going today that they're going tomorrow

I was greeted by a sales consultant, Razia Asgar, upon entering the store - I never felt pressured - she listened and had the utmost patience - she explained the differences between items I was looking at - and never rushed me - she walked the entire store with me, often going back to items I had already seen - as if she was reading my mind

My sales clerk was Cynthia, this lady is a sale clerk that keep you coming back. She knows how to make her customers comfortable when purchasing an item. She know all the fine datails about whatever you come to purchase. For example I came in to purchase a mattress, she guide me on choosing the best mattress for me, whether I have pain or not. Or I just wanted an upgrade. She asked the most important questions like what is your budget, and she knows, how to get the best for your budget, even if you might have to go over a little above to get good quality, to enough you are please and have a good night rest. Also Cynthia has a pleasing appearance, and she listen to all your questions and concerns.
Cynthia is a Top Tier sales clerk at Raymond and Flanigan Marine park.

My wife and I needed an upgraded mattress. Paul Paul the salesman at the store located at 2560 Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn was excellent. He was very thorough and patient with us. He was very knowledgeable about R&F's products. We were sold after spending 30 minutes browsing. He dutifully answered all of our questions regarding price, quality, warranty and value etc. An overall pleasant and seamless experience!
