Our salesman Sebastian was wonderful. Explained everything to us and had the patience of a saint. He made shopping fun and we had some good laughs as well.

Great President sale and floor sample sale I bought a small 1960’s style side table originally $399 for $84 as it was a floor sample sale it’s gorgeous exchacly what I needed to hold my humidifier in winter months an laptop an keyboard at times with a draw no less , I love R&F I always try sn look around at all the holiday sales as $ can be tight at times .

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we were pleased with the furniture we were buying and they went above and beyond to meet our needs and out budget.

Isaac is a great salesman! He was sincere, courteous and attentive to our needs.

We received a warm professional welcome from the time we entered the store until my granddaughter selected her bed and chest. My process first started in October 2023 and finally ended February 2024. Ftom day one Nick made sure to listen to my wants and needs and then showed me furniture based on that. He was patient, honest did his best to go above and beyond each visit. He made my furniture shopping experience an ease! I will definitely be back for future furniture purchases!

Excellent service from Mr. Issac. He went beyond & over to help. I had CRM what that means is no sales commission for helping me. While other sales person throw the book at me and told me to see the store manager not Mr. Issac. and i am very thankful for the Professionalism he showed. Mr. Issac is not only very knowledgeable of the trade but he is also as passion to just help regardless if he gets the commission or not. He is the reason I will keep shopping at the store.

Went to Raymour and Flanigan and Que assisted my mother and us with finding a frame and mattress and he was amazing and very helpful. I BOUGHT A LIVING ROOM SET AND THE COVERING CRACKED AND ROTTED,I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY AND THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT .I POSTED THE PICTURES ON YELP.THEY SENT SOME JERK HERE ,HE TOOK PICTURES AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.I CALLED UP AND THEY SAID ITS NOT COVERED.

Helpful, professional customer service in ordering.

So, we ordered a bed frame, mattress and box spring to be delivered to an assisted living facility. Everything went as planned.

We realized that the bed was too high and decided best way to deal with the problem was to decrease the size of the box spring.

Consultant Hervan Isaac and the team at 2560 Flatbush Avenue were terrific. They arranged for the exchange and, with their help, we were able to get things ready just in time for Mom's arrival at the assisted living.

The care and concern that were shown for our situation is greatly appreciated. Many thanks and a special thanks to Hervan Isaac who took calls even on his day off!

I went to R&F just to browse, after all, 16 years ago I furnished my whole house with their furniture and I was well pleased. I met the most patient and kindest sales person who made sure I was certain of what I wanted, there was no hustle, no push from him, and no matter how much I changed my mind during our shopping experience Mr. CHRISTOPHER LEONG's attitude is the reason I decided to refurnish. I have more to do, but I will certainly look for this salesman, he was refreshingly courteous.
