Rocking Recliner for Nursery
My husband and I had been looking for a rocking chair recliner for our baby’s nursery for months and decided to stop at Raymour and Flanigan’s Marlton Outlet and we’re so glad we did! We found the perfect chair at a great price. Sean was so helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Disapointed
Received confirmation for delivery but a no show occurred. Had to reschedule, but was told it was never entered correctly even though I received a text confirming the delivery. This is the second time for the order being screwed up.

Great shopping experience
I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner by Sean Elliot, the sales consultant that would be assisting me in the selection of a new couch and chair. While I made a quick decision on the sofa, I was unsure of what chair would work in the space I have. Sean was very patient and helped look for some alternatives.

Sean was great!
Sean was very helpful & not at all pushy. He answered my questions but gave me space to try it out different pieces of furniture. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've had with a sales person.

A waist of my time and effort due to R&F goofs
I called and made a purchase via Mt. Laurel with the understanding I can pick it up on Monday. I made the payment the next morning since the salesman said look for the link and I found it at the end of the document. When I went from Columbus to Cherry Hill to pic it up they said because the payment timing, they did not fill the order and I had to comeback Thursday. I just canceled and was angry due to poor communication and the time I had spent traveling. Fire the dumb salesman.

Another Great Purchase
We purchased many Beautiful pieces of furniture from Raymour and Flanigan but this couch and chair take the cake. The functions that it has are wonderful for someone with a bad back. And watching a movie with the sound and vibrations makes you feel like you’re at a theater. Also looks great! Our sales associate Sean Elliott from Maralton outlet store was amazing! He made our purchasing experience so easy-he was so helpful. Our delivery experience was also easy. The gentleman doing the delivery were very professional. We are repeat customers and very happy with everything-start to finish.

I am very pleased to have my new mattress. The sales guy was very nice. The setup and delivery was awesome. They did take my old mattress. My new mattress is very comfortable. I am happy so far!
