Fred Sullivan was my salesman
Fred Sullivan was my salesman. Very nice not pushy and helpful! Definitely recommend this store , everyone was nice in the place! It was all great until the day of delivery . So now I have to lower my stats. The delivery guy was horrible and nasty! The couch also did not look the same as in showroom totally off by three shades! I think they pulled a scam. So I will not ever go here again. The horrible experience and the idiot didn’t want to remove old couches because they had cat hair! It’s not my fault he hates animals! Worst delivery guy ever WALTER/ JOSE whatever his name is and the English was awful. I was yelling at him in Spanish ! Do not go here! And to add insult I called corporate office and they so much didn’t even call me back! How disgraceful. Sure Fred offered to get furniture back and what is my stage 4 cancer husband gonna sit on? When they removed old sofas? This place sucks! Now I’m stuck with two couches I really don’t like and probably take me another 15 years to afford again! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Missed the sale but still happy
The only not so good thing was not being told the product was going to not be on sale in a few days of me ordering it...other that that everything was good. My delivery needs were met and my questions answered. Everyone was pleasant.
