I met with Michael and then Charlene. They were both very helpful and nice.

My customer service rep was very attentive and showed me different bedroom sets. He applied the 15% discount to my entire purchase. Very pleased with his service. He went above and beyond!

The furniture was available to view in the showroom, but the style/version of the furniture was not available for delivery for 4 full months. It is a long time to wait for a chair that is not custom made.

Salesman was very nice and helpful.
Everything went downhill after that.
How can their customer service phone person be so rude!
How can their one time slot for delivery be computer generated and there is NO room for change? How can it be that you call me to ask a question about my order yet, the call I was supposed to receive for delivery time is an email, so I can't even have a conversation? How can it be that you would allow my order to get cancelled because the delivery time for me was not possible?

Haven't received my furniture yet! Its on back order no call to let me know when it will be in tried to call yesterday was on hold for 10 minutes I hung up!!

Very professional dealing with Norma Hie and I am very appreciative of the updates she sends me.

Ray our Flanagan is the best furniture store in Massachusetts. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

We had a great experience at Raymour & Flanagan! Our sales person Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the couches we were interested in. He made the decision very easy. We ended up purchasing a leather sectional with matching ottoman and also a sleeper sofa. The prices were great and the quality is superb!

Missing drawers, cracked in two pieces.

If there's zero star I'll give it to this store for sure, the worst customer service ever, people working in this store seems lost and confused, i'm gonna contact the corporate to let them know what's going on this particular store.

THE WORSE PLACE TO PURCHASE FURNITURE! I BOUGHT 2 PILLOWS FOR OVER 200$ AND A 3000$ MATTRESS, I WAS TOLD I COULD EXCHANGE BEFORE 45 DAYS IF I DONT LIKE IT, AFTER 30 DAYS I BROUGHT MY PILLOWS BACK TO EXCHANGE IT, THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT EXCHANGE OR TAKE PILLOWS BACK. WISH THEY HADN'T GOVING ME THE WRONG INFORMATION ON A PURCHASE DAY! WHY NOT TELLING THECUSTUMER THE TRUTH!? I WAS PLANNING GOING BACK FOR MY DINNING ROOM SET, DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK TO RAYMOUR&FLANIGAN.

Visited store looking for a particular bed I’d seen on the Raymour & Flanigan website, was delighted when the salesman took me right to a display model of it. He was courteous & knowledgable as he helped me find a mattress set to go with it, & patient with me as I tried out several mattresses before deciding on just the right one.

We loved our Salesperson.....Terrence Vassell and even went back several times and spoke with him and just really thought he was a great salesperson. New to the job but seemed eager to learn and succeed and was very helpful! We did also love the table we purchased but after getting it home we realized it wasn't going to fit the room or the décor we have chosen. However we realized we couldn't return it....that was disappointing. We hoped maybe we could by possibly return it and by purchasing several other items and having the store allow the return in trade but it didn't seem like an option when we spoke with another salesperson who was working the day we did ask the question.

Victoria is Attleboro was very patient and helpful while I changed my mind several times. She offered many options and even moved a piece of furniture so I could compare wood color.
Ive been a loyal customer for many years and have always had a wonderful experience.
