Raymour and Flanagan is the best! All the staff and helpful and flexible. No concerns noted! 10/10 would recommend.

Nicole who helped us was real good with my aunt she told us everything we needed to know and she helped us right to the end of the sale.

Our sales guy is fantastic- Always ask for Kurt. He is beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. My rate of 3 stars is because we found much better deals when the clearance center was in Liverpool.

Our sales associate Nicole did a great job in helping us navigate the store and select the exact type of recliner we were looking for. She was very professional and not pushy at all. The payment process was easy and efficient. Appreciate the follow up emails and texts confirming our order and the status of our delivery.

As soon as I entered your NEW beautiful facility I was approached by Don, whom was very pleasing right off the bat, not being pushy, taking the time to talk with me to gain my needs and interests, letting me to make my decision. He knew my interest after a bit of time and found the sectional that I absolutely loved…Thanks for your patience and help! It made my visit and enjoyable and stress free!

Worked with John who showed me some examples of the type of couch I was looking for, told me how to read the tags, then let me wander around the show room.

Went home and looked at my choices online and made a choice.

Went back the next day, John was with another customer-so the manager helped to order the couch. The manager stayed with me until everything was completed. Enjoyed talking to him about his new nephew and his dog. Nice afternoon.

I had a surprise visit coming from relatives and needed a sleeper sofa FAST! Great service, very attentive to my design preferences. I wish my house was bigger so I could have bought more.

The new store at Northern Lights is fabulous and very well stocked. My sales person, John Zych was exceptional in helping me select a couch, and making the transaction seem less.
