I need to purchase 6 dining chairs to match an existing table. Michael Farina at the Ocean Raymour and Flanagan was very helpful. He showed me every option for side chairs in the store, researched availability of a chair I had seen on line and sought the input of his manager when we had a question about a product. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. R&F has the best selection and available stock of side chairs and the prices are good.

Found the lamp I was looking for as seen online. Ronny Cohen helped locate it, and order & delivery was set up efficiently .

Lissa was fantastic helping my put together my new dining set. her knowledge was exceptional & her demeanor very pleasant.

I visited the store to purchase furniture for my new home. I worked with Shelly Brown and she was amazing and knew exactly what I was looking for! She answered every question and I was confident that she had my best interests at heart. She knew my price range and with my visit twice, working with her, I purchased a full dining room set, Mattress and dinette set for kitchen! I will return for other rooms! This is why for many years I only shop here. The furniture is a great quality and lasts.many years! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable!

Igor was excellent, I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to order it for me very quickly and efficiently. I usually prefer to shop online because I have a limited attention span and do not want to spend a lot of time overcomplicating what should be a simple transaction. Igor sensed this, offered appropriate suggestions but did not waste my time and his trying to upsell me on things that I had no intention of purchasing. Overall a VERY positive shopping experience. When I am ready to purchase more furniture in the Fall, I will definitely be returning to him!

Mike was very friendly, asked what we were looking for in particular, then pointed us to the direction and told us to call him if we had any questions. I liked the fact he gave us the time and space to make our decision. I wish all salespeople took the same approach.

Ian M. at the Ocean Township, NJ store was such a pleasure to work with! He was terrific! So knowledgeable and helpful! It was a great experience working with him. Ian is a valuable employee! It’s nice to know there are such wonderful employees as Ian is! I will be making my purchase with him after the holiday. I’m so excited to purchase my new Augusta Aireloom Matress! 5 huge stars for Ian!!!!!!

Awesome experience every time I place an order. I have had everything from outdoor dining sets to bedroom sets delivered and assembled. Each delivery has been timely and the staff has been professional and conscientious. Always a pleasant experience.

I just moved from California to New Jersey and I needed an entire apartment full of furniture. George, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process very pleasant. The quality of the furniture appears to be excellent and the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!
