A wonderful sales associate named Christopher. He helped us find what we needed.

I placed an order online. And was given the run around by the customer service representatives. Still waiting for part of the order to be delivered and noone was able to answer my questions.

The sales experience was fantastic, I’ve purchased an entire home full of furniture in the past and it’s always wonderful... until we get to to payment desk and that’s where all the good gets sucked away and, my recent purchase was no different. The young man would not look up at me, converse with me and my transaction clearly was an annoyance and hindrance to his very important duties behind the counter. In the past pre Covid, I encountered the same dismissive attitude from the staff behind the counter where you pay. I even made a comment to him yesterday about his attitude and I was just ignored and handed my receipt. Rebecca, the sales team member that worked with me was outstanding.

Wonderful experience with your employee Jane Foreman... She answered all our questions and helped us decide on a sectional.. We can't wait to get it...

I ordered online Sunday took my debit card cash out on Monday called because I didn’t receive an email confirmation and non one could find my info or order told to call back in a couple of days. do you know how worried I was to hear this because my 2100.00 dollars was already out of my acccount and no one could locate my order. Then I finally get an email and told it’s out of stock well when will it be back in stock

Chase was wonderful...he showed me many mattresses from the very best to what would be available in comparison within our budget. He listened to what I was looking for in a mattress....

Rob, the manager , was great, polite friendly and gave us space to decide on our own

from the minute i arrived at the store (just too look) the salesman (Scott) showed us where the mattresses were, i liked his approach, not too pushy. We ended up leaving the store with a new mattress for my son. He was also very knowledgeable, which impressed me Thank you very much.

Never told the chair I ordered and picked up would be in a large and heavy box

A problem was fixed immediately at no charge. Very impressed by customer service. I couldn't be happier.
