Raymour Flanigan had just the end tables we we're looking for at a reasonable price. Susan Crockett is a very knowledgeable sales person and a pleasure to deal with.

John was patient and informative. A very relaxed experience

Sales man was not pushy and let me shop. He checked in on me at times and answered all my questions

It was a good experience, we went in knowing what we wanted and it was quick and we got our furniture

When trying to get information on a certain recliner the sales person kept giving me information on other recliners. I asked for info again and he once again gave other info. When he gave me info on the recliner I asked about it was difficult to read the info as he sent it from his phone and the pics were small. I called another Raymour and was able to get the info I needed. When I got the quote though Raymour isn't the easiest to order from. We are a tax exempt NYS organization and the process from your accounting Dept is not the most efficient, at least from our end.

Dan the salesman was very knowledgeable.

Went in to look for a bedroom set for spare room. Saw a set it said $750, so I asked the salesman to figure a price for that plus a decent mattress. He came back with the manager and she said it was marked wrong price. I was upset so I left the store. Why would they loose the sale? Anyway I went home and hrs later I called back and took the set anyways even tho I wasn’t happy about what happened. I just think it was bad customer service. Thought they had to honor the price that was marked. I may check into this. Unhappy customer!!

Salesman did excellent job

The mattress that I purchased at Raymour and Flanigan was exceptional. Customer service experience was fantastic, and the delivery occurred one day after the purchase. The mattress is absolutely phenomenal, and I cannot think my sales representative at the delivery men enough for the quality of the mattress as well as their quality of service. if you are looking for a mattress and exceptional service to find the right fit for you, this is the place to go in Orchard Park!

I wanted to purchase a couch. The salesman I worked with was Brendan Forcucci. He was very helpful. Also, gave me time to be by myself to ask family members what they thought about the purchase. He was very professional and deserves a raise.

Brendan was super helpful and walked me directly to the sofas I had in mind. He was patient and attentive, even personable with my son while we goofed around the store.

The purchasing process was simple and easy, with a super quick delivery option. I can’t say enough about how seamless the whole transaction was. 10/10 for professionalism and urgency!

I purchased a loveseat and sofa McKinley was the name.They didn't have the color I wanted at the store but could order it.So I ordered the sky blue they said it would take 8 to. 10 weeks.Well it came after just 5weeks.After delivery men left I was putting pillows on couch and noticed the seams on furniture were all not even in pattern on couch and loveseat.also under the cushions were tears in the fabric and stretching of the material seams and a place on the inside of the cushion that something was sticking out ready to come through the fabric.So I called the Raymour & Flannigan's to see what they were going to do.They said they would send a service by rep to look at the problem he came last week the set is now 3 weeks old .The service representative said I see what your saying about the furniture but that's the way it is and we can't do anything about it.So I called the service dept and she said we can't help you.So I have found the factory where it was made Fusion Inc and I'm dealing with them as we speak.They asked for pictures and i sent 18 pictures.Now we will see if the factory stands behind there careless furniture.As for Raymour & Flannigan's I would not expect to see such a low quality in fabric matching and low quality in stuffing in there stores.I have bought from them bedroom sets,dining room sets pictures decorations and im totally disappointed with there service and quality.
