Christian was extremely helpful and knew his stuff. He was patient and not pushy.

We purchased a side board online, Jan 16, 2023, to be picked up at the RT 17 N Paramus location. When it arrived we asked when we would be allowed to pick it up. We were told anyday after 10am. I arrived at 10am, Feb 7, 2023 and was then told it was supposed to be after 11am (had to miss work for this) and the truck had not arrived. I asked why employees are giving out wrong information and was told we must have called the wrong number. We did not call the wrong number but blaming the customer seems to be their idea of good customer service. So they finally say the piece was there and someone would load it in my car. The guy walks out and just wants to shove the box in my car. I insisted on checking out the piece and it was a good thing because it was damaged in two different areas. Now back inside to reorder and wait again... Now it arrives at the store and Jose says they can deliver it next week Monday or Tuesday, we pick Monday. And here we are today March 6, 2023. We called the store and were told that never happened. We would not be getting the delivery even though I took another day off work for this. So more wrong information, staff are not trained properly, most times when you call in you have to call multiple times because they do not answer, and when they do they make excuses for incompetent employees. The manager went as far as to admit that multiple mistakes were made and that they failed us multiple times. The best that he could do would be to give us a non useful R&F Gift Card for $50.00. So what could you get for $50.00 in a furniture store...lol. They know you can't use it without spending a lot more money. It would also not be taken off the price of the actual purchase. As the conversation went on the manager became combative. I would not recommend going to this store or dealing with anyone in this store. They are lazy and make up answers as they go. Worst customer service. To the point I would be leary of shopping at R&F,,, because if corporate is not correcting this then it could be the same at every store.

Purchase a sofa and mattress, the sales representative was very helpful, but once the sofa was deliver I was very disappoint with the quality of it compare with the demo at the store. I had a representative to come and check but no answer from the store about the issue. I suck it up and try to pay, genesis very sketchy bank, does not accept my payments only over the phone with phonies' customer's rep. don't know what to do, and no one seems to try to help you!!!!

Our sales representative was was great! Leonard was professional, helpful and gracious! Very pleased!

Patti was extremely knowledgeable about senior living and helped me select the perfect pieces for my mom. The next day I got there late and Patty wasn’t in to help me show my mom the selections and complete the sale. I worked with Christine she jumped right in and showed us the pieces and helped me refine the bedroom choices. She also completed the sale, scheduled delivery and we are so happy with the service and the products we selected!

I have been using Raymour and Flanigan for all my furniture needs for the past 20 yrs. I like that they have up to date furniture snd also very good quality furniture. My sales person has been John Mcnaught in the Paramus,NJ store for over 15 yrs
he is very knowledgeable and gives you great advise to how to style your living place . I have recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so . I

Irina Gerardino was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable and created a pleasant and warm atmosphere. We are. We are very happy with her judgement.

Patty Rizzo is spectacular! We shopped weeks ago, just looking, and met Patty. She didn’t pressure us into a purchase and helped us shop the store. This weekend we decided to make the purchase and made sure we saw Patty! Our experience with her was so good that we returned later in the day to purchase more items!

Lesley at the Paramus location is the kindest and nicest to work with. She was incredibly helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to assist up and make us feel comfortable.
