We worked with Marlene on purchasing an adjustable king bed. She spent time with us to come up with the right bed given our existing furniture. It was a pleasurable experience.

Arrived on time, called rior to arrival to inform they were in round u te with estimated arrival time . Great mannerism

Sales rep was very helpful without being pushy. She is knowledgeable and thourough in explaining the options. I haven't received my order yet so the quality of the product and the delivery process experience is to be determined.

Ivan was very welcoming but not pushy. He listened to what we want and offered suggestions and insight. Overall experience was nice.

Ivan Hernandez was a great consultant. He was very patient and showed us all of our options. There are so many options for beds and sofas that it really helps to have a knowledgeable consultant to guide you through the store. It was a very nice experience!

Great choices. Quick delivery. Exceptional customer service to find the item we needed, as always!
Only concern was that furniture delivery personnel were not allowed to wear shoe covers (we provided) as it was not covered by their insurance. Ended up dirtying our carpet and floor. Quite concerning.

Was quick and easy. I knew what I wanted. I knew it was out of stock but was in no hurry to get it. Had a gift card that expired in April. So got my order in and just looking for the delivery date whenever it is.

It was easy to pick up once we figured out where was the actual pick up location once we hot to the warehouse.

We had a bit of an issue with an online purchase - the website offered 36 month interest-free financing, and we applied and were approved - but then it was not clear how to apply this at checkout. However, when we called customer support we were immediately put in touch with a representative at our local store, who processed the order for us and his service was excellent. So I would give 3 stars for the online experience, but 5+ for the sales representative!

Brian was so helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I could not have had a better representative for me.

I still haven't received any information regarding my purchase and when it will be available for pick up
