Exceptional in every facet in the experience

Went to the store in the morning to review a Curio Cabinet and the salesperson told me the price was ~$720 with the 15% discount. The Curio Cabinet is a gift for my wife. Told the salesperson I would return with my wife which I did around 6pm. The same salesperson told me the Curio Cabinet was $150 higher in price. We came to a resolution which I paid $40 higher than the original price. Seems the price posted on the Curio Cabinet was not updated in store. Embarrassing to have my wife in the middle of this conversation.

Colin was great explaining what we needed to know about the recliner we purchased. Raymond is a great place to shop for home furnishings!

The people are what make this store great. Always have a great experience. They take care of their customers and delivery is always fast.

Salesman Dragon was excellent. Greeted us in a friendly manor; did not hover over us but yet was close enough when we had a question. He also knew his inventory and warranties. My wife and I enjoyed his company as well. Dragon is an asset to your organization. Trust us, we know, after shopping other stores it was a pleasure dealing with Dragon.

Cynthia Hollman is incredible sales associate for Raymour and Flanigan. Patient, knowledgeable about all products, professional and listens to the customer. This has been my best experience with a sales associate from Raymour and Flanigan, and I have been a customer for over 20 years.

We asked Mark the Manager if we could exchange our mattress that we purchased two months earlier, it did not work out as planned. He was more than accommodating and helped us to choose a new mattress at the same price point. Everything was handled professionally with a big smile! We will be back for our next purchase.

The experience was OK except for one thing. The salesperson (Jessica) asked us FOUR TIMES about purchasing the “protection plan.” We told her the first three times but she persisted. And then, we had to initial on the sales slip that we refused that plan. I actually think that one “NO” should have been enough. And initialing the “refusal” is overkill and insulting.
