The sales person was very helpful without being over bearing. She listened to what I wanted and went out of her way to find what I was looking for. Entire sales staff was friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend anyone to buy from…
I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store. I bought the most expensive leather recliner sofa in the store, and also bought 5 years of damage insurance. When my furniture needed service due to discoloration and electrical failures, the technician only came to my house took pictures and did not solve my problem, saying that the store would contact me and they never called me. So people, please do not believe everything they offer you, do not waste money on insurance that is worthless. Raymour and Flanigan are liars and irresponsible, and the quality they show in the store is not the same as what you receive at home. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Staff/Manager where a pleasure to deal with
Our sales person, Jim/Jimmie, was a pleasure to do business with. He is friendly, honest and over the top helpful. We also dealt with Dale who helped us out when Jimmie was busy. And again Dale is all of the above. Checkout was a breeze and the girl who help us, I think her name was Rachel? was friendlay and offered us helpful hints. We also got great deals!

We had an excellent experience
We had an excellent experience. Graham M. was an awesome salesman. He was very informative and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was extremely patient with us. He was not pushy at all and because of that we decided to buy our mattress from him that day. The entire process from start to finish was easy and pain free!! We will definitely be returning when the time comes to buy another piece of furniture!! Thank you Graham!!

Great sales person
Our sales person, Evelyn, was wonderful and very patient with us. I knew what I was looking for and she took us around the floors several times so we could find just the right sectional and chair.

Easy process
Went to store at Quakertown PA to try matresses...once decided we then shopped beds everywhere but came back and bought here as well. Didnt want to go back in store so I had a question that the chat feature answered on the holiday which was helpful. I did include his name in the sale. Got financing and did everything else online. Thanks

I bought the platinum service contract…
I bought the platinum service contract 4 years ago when I bought my living room set. I recently called them to fix a problem with the power sofa, love seat and chair. Raymour and Flanigan contacted me and was unable to fix the problem and offered me a full purchase price store credit. My new furniture is coming in three days and I couldn’t be more pleased with their customer service.

Helpful sales person small technical issueur visit to the store went well
Our visit to the store went well. Our sales rep took us right to the chairs we were asking about and that made it easy to decide. One issue we did have was the fact that while filing out the finance forms the power went out on the tablet and the whole process needed to begin over again.

Great experience at Quakertown Raymour and Flanigan
We went to the Quakertown Raymour and Flanigan store in search of beds and some living room furniture. Jamie made contact with us, then let us be as we explored. We found the perfect loveseat and chair and a half for our space. Jamie then walked us through the bed area and answered many of our questions. We bought furniture and beds that night. Delivery was quick, professional and we are loving our new furniture! Jamie definitely made our experience positive with all of her help during and after the process. We recommend Raymour and Flanigan, and Jamie, to anyone interested in buying new furniture!
