Worst experience ever
I visited the Raymour and Flanigan on Roosevelt Blvd on October 14th 2025 and everything was good my husband and I ended up spending about 2,500 on a couch and a mantel fire place. The person who attended us was Paul and he set up the delivery for that Saturday. The first issue we had was that the delivery never came so we set up a different delivery date for that Tuesday and I missed work to be able to receive the delivery, and they came but only showed up with the couch and not the mantel. We had to wait an additional two weeks to finally get the mantel and when we did the people who delivered it screwed the wrong screws into it and the screws were poking out of the wood so because of this I had to get the whole mantel replaced and that took about another two weeks. Because of all this inconvenience Paul was only able to offer us a refund of half the delivery fee which was only $82 and we thought we should have been refunded the whole delivery fee for the bad experience that we had getting these items that we purchased in full with no issues. To top it all off we waited 10 business days like Paul said to receive the refund and we never did, so my husband and I stopped by the store because Paul never returned my phone call. When we got to the store Paul looked like he had no idea who we were even tho I had just talked to him about the refund a few days earlier. He then took us to customer service and I don’t know what the lady was pretending to type on the computer but it has been another 13 business days and surprise surprise we still have not received the $82 refund that we were promised. I guess the store or Paul needs it more then we do. I gave them a 1 star because I couldn’t give them a 0 star but I will say that the items we purchased are lovely, couch is big and comfy and I love my mantel but the experience with Paul and the delivery was the worst. If you want to shop at a Raymour and Flanigan I suggest you go to a different location.

What I really appreciated, was the fact she was not a "pushy" sales woman. That alone sold me on wanting to purchase from your company. She was so patient with me. Sales rep was very polite
Sales rep was very polite, helpful and most of all gave us are space to look around and was not constantly on top of us trying to make a sale. Those type of places make me walk out. Thanks for everything.

I stopped in to shop
I stopped in to shop. Wasn’t sure what I wanted so I was given a card by Jesus. I called him and told him I found something online he took my order, he sent the link to pay to the wrong number. I called he said he would send and never did. I wanted my furniture as soon as possible. Very disappointed!

I purchase an item in 2022 and I started making payments in January 2023. I was sending payments of $100 each month. In April 2023, I was told what my balance was (586.02). I made my last payment on April 10th and the company still insist that I have a balance of $100. I have sent all correspondence (Certified Mail), bank statements, cancelled checks, correspondence I received from their workers stating that my balance is $100. I have paid this account in full.
