Great experience. We casually went to check the store out, not planning to buy anything but ended up getting a chifforobe! Fakir showed us around the store and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He made the buying experience great!

I walked into your store at Assembly Square, Somerville, MA to start some comparison shopping for a mattress. I always buy my mattresses at Jordan's but just wanted to compare. Lena Wilcoxen was very helpful in leading me through the selection process. In short order, we found the right one for my needs. When Lena told me that delivery is free including removal of old mattress, and best of all, that I could receive it the very next day, I was sold! Lena listened to my needs and used her knowledge base to find the best choice for me. Thank you!

Knowledge of my request

I have been looking for dining chairs for years! My search is now over. I had do many choices, but was able to narrow it down to one. And while I was at it, I decided it was time to replace my mattress. That process was painless as well. Lena was so helpful and such a delight to work with!! Made me wish I needed to buy more furniture... But when I do, I know where to go and who to ask for. Thank you, Lena, and Raymour & Flanigan.

Service was appreciated

. Sales person was good but other personnel in the store - at the counter- were too abrupt and explanations were too quick. Felt like a car show room when the fast talking person at the end may be up-selling you.

Oddly, the next day i thought about your business model as quite clever but i did not like the experience- too impersonal and i “felt” i might have somehow been cheated. I don't believe this was so - it’s just how some of the human interaction in the store felt (other salespeople plugging in a recliner also were cold). As a customer i felt like a commodity. Bob’s Discount feels different - like your inventory better but customer service could use some training to make it a pleasant experience.

Beautiful, new inviting space and very happy to have you close to us here in Somerville! Excellent service. Lena was most accommodating and everyone there was very nice.
