Great customer service from our salesman Matthew. He was helpful and answered all of our questions without being "pushy" .

The salesman who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything about the mattresses I was looking at and explained your policy about if I were not happy with the one I chose I could exchange it.

Friendly service, definitely would come back and recommend.

Our Salesperson was very helpful, yet not aggressive or overbearing. He was there if we had questions and he even moved a chair closer to a sofa for us to look at next to each other. The designer on staff helped us choose a matching area rug. Nice showroom selection.

Sales associate Peter Dhimitri was experienced and helped us to quickly make decisions.

My wife and I visited the Southampton store on August 19th, 2023 looking for a new living room set. We spoke to Robin Pearlman who spent the next several hours working with us showing us many nice sets until my wife found the one she loved. Next, Robin provided many helpful suggestions to add additional items to complete the set perfectly. Our furniture was ordered and successfully delivered in a timely manner and we are very happy with it. Thanks Robin for going above and beyond to help us find what we needed and get us the best price possible. Cheers!

My family and I have been loyal Raymour & Flanigan customers for years, and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I just purchased a $2000+ mattress in good faith, because I was aware of Raymour and Flanigan's Price Match Guarantee. After purchase, I found my exact mattress almost $200 cheaper at both Macy's and Wayfair. Upon informing my salesperson of this, he told me they would not be able to honor Price Match, and his manager would call me. The manager Lamisse informed me that if you finance longer than 12 months, they will not honor their price match guarantee. I was not informed of this at the time of the sale. If I was, I would've shopped around more before buying from Raymour & Flanigan, but I felt confident I was getting the best price because they offer "price match guarantee". I found my mattress cheaper at both Macy's and Wayfair, so definitely take a look there before buying anything from Raymour & Flanigan.

Was greated by a lovely woman Judy. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Wasn't pushy and didn't hover. She allowed us to look at our own pace and when we had questions she had answers. It was a great experience and will be back for sure. If you are in need of anything Judy will make sure you get what you want. She even answered phone calls on her personal time when she wasn't even working! They need more Judys!

Bowen Jones was an awesome salesperson. Took time to show us around offering suggestions and helping us find what we wanted. Also helped me to set up donating our old furniture. Showroom had a lot to offer - great selections.

Very helpful with an online mistake that I made. Corrected the problem quickly. Everyone pleasant, helpful and professional.

Bowen is amazing. He was very welcoming and got to know me. He answered all of the questions I had and helped me feel confident about the first piece of furniture I purchased for my very first house! I will look at this store first with his help for future purchases.

Maya was super helpful. I thought I wanted to look on my own but she was able to direct us to what we were looking for and help us pick the perfect sectional.

I purchased a sofa and on receiving it, the delivery crew refused to allow me to inspect it. I said I would have to decline it then. The lead delivery person became annoyed and said no, left erroneous info about time allowed to inspect the furniture that I questioned, and he just turned around and left. My contract says I have the right and obligation to inspect my delivery and the delivery team outright refused my request for that and then to refuse the declining the delivery of a result and left. They broke the contract in doing so. I called the store and spoke with manager Stacey Major about the feet on the unit and also told her what happened with the crew (hence why I didn't know the answer since I never had the chance to look at it while they were there) and regarding their declining my refusal of the sofa her response was. "That's too bad. I'm Sorry” Later I had some other issues with the sofa and e-mailed Stacey and had no answer. I tried three times to send her pictures she requested, and I don't know if she got it. No one from the store called me back or touched base for 3 days. It is now the end of the business week and after that first day Ms. Majors never contacted me or followed up. Yesterday I went to the store and spoke with the salesman Matt and Manager on duty Zach and I was assured Stacey will get back to me and is "very good with customer service". Nothing so far. Although Matt and Zach did respectively listen, they have no authority and I don't see any concern for customer issues in terms of action after money is exchanged. I have been a long-term customer and sadly I see no reason to use them again unless we come to a resolution and can continue a relationship I've had with them for 20 yr

I enjoyed walking around and sitting on all the chairs and sofas that appealed to me. Matt introduced himself but did not linger. When I had questions, he was very helpful. I came away feeling positive!
