Excellent assistance and advice in choosing the appropriate mattress

Our sales associate (Josephine Weiss) was very knowledgeable & friendly. She made our experience very rewarding! She made our shopping very stress free & made suggestions that my husband & I didn't even think of. She is truly an asset to Raymour & Flanigan. My husband will be sure to recommend our family & friends for their furniture & decor needs.

Our salesman made the experience wonderful with his outgoing personality. He was knowledgeable of all the offers. However, manager was a bit condescending when it came to a billing issue, but overall very pleased with the experience!

He showed us several options until we decided on the sofa set we wanted. We plan to return in the next week or so for a new mattress and will request Mauro as our salesperson !

Amazing customer service! I walked in the store (after going to three other furniture stores), and was greeting by friendly a knowledge sales team. I at no time did I feel pressure or frustration (because I didn't know what I wanted). The sales person Josephine, was personable and extremely knowledgeable. She walked through options that help us meet our needs. She cared more about the customer than the sale - Very refreshing after a long day! Even the cashier made sure I had all the details necessary for my delivery. I highly recommend this location!
