Mike is fantastic
Mike is fantastic. He listened to my concerns/ needs. He was never pushy. He was the highlight to my day. I even invited a friend who's looking for a manual recliner to meet him.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Professional sales person. Steven was patient, and not pushy. He took time explaining the product and showed me couches that i might be interested in. He gave me a leaflet to share with my husband. In the end I bought the sofa because I loved it! The finance department was excellent and efficient. I will make future purchase at this store. I recommend it highly.
