Brian Cooperstein was excellent in showing us mattresses. I needed and new mattress and he answered all our questions. He explained everything step by step. Mattress was delivered today and so far all is good.

Brian went above and beyond to help me pick out the best furniture for my daughter’s bedroom ! I love this store and their furniture

TERRIBLE!! All my furniture is from Raymour . I have seen a huge decline in the quality. Bought my daughter a bedroom set and in 3 years the bed broke it literally snapped. Had insurance and they would only give a reselect for bed not whole set. We decided to use the credit towards stools for kitchen . We bought 6 stools used the credit and paid the rest in cash. Paid three hundred and change for each stool. We didn't even have them a year and 5 out of 6 broke. We called Raymour and they sent a technician over . He fixed 3 but couldn't fix 2. Raymour said there's nothing else they could do. Pretty much said we are beat on the 2 broken ones. They wont stand behind their furniture unless you have insurance (we couldn't get because it was partially a reselect). Terrible customer service. The woman was blaming me for not researching the wood they use. Which is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. All in all their furniture isn't made to last. Just a waste of money. They definitely lost a customer.

The product i purchase was a damaged, break for the second time is a factory damaged product and the insurance changed for the same product and cancel my insurance I have not more protection in my purchase and the customer service lady charge me $92.00 for delivery again, ill never buy anything fron Raymour and Flanigan.

Hello consumers. Please read before going to SI R&F. They have a "systems change" in their processes which is causing havoc, storewide, resulting in non delivery, late delivery, incomplete delivery failure to take responsibility with assisting customers who are put through this process. Im not trying to be a disgruntled difficult customer but these ppl push even the most understanding individual into high level frustration and disbelief at the way we are treated.

Order placed Dec 4.
Del set Dec 14th.
Dec 13th got rid of all my old furniture.
Setting up for Christmas.

DAY OF DELIVERY I get call. So sorry due to a "system error" we do not have your furniture & its no where in stock. So sorry. Bye Bye. Come to store & pick out something else!

I was incredulous. You wait till DAY OF DEL to notify a customer?

I even tried to push BACK my delivery to get time to put out my old stuff but was told NO WAY- STUFF ON TRUCK NO CAN DO!

After checking further, I found hundreds of negative responses from customers suffering from the same loss. No delivery, late delivery, broken furniture DELIVERED, no customer service, UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT - the stories are endless and the same.

Apparently, they have been using the systems change excuse (oh sorry excuse me ) "reason" for non delivery, and every other screw up for 2 years.

Maybe longer, but that's how far back I checked. I urge you not to go into this SI Store. They are aware of this issue, make no effort to let you know and they continue to take the consumers thousands of dollars, promise delivery when they KNOW YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET IT ON TIME OR MAYBE NOT AT ALL. They KNOW this issue is ongoing but dont care as long as they get your purchase.

When my furniture was finally delivered, a PIECE WAS MISSING! I MEAN REALLY. PEOPLE, WHO DOES THIS??

Im just letting you know, DON'T go here. You will experience nothing but stress, aggravation, and disrespect. You will be ghosted by your sales rep and the managers who say they will call you will not! Buyer Beware has never been a more appropriate phrase for this company!

The salesperson G.F. in Staten Island was polite not pushy and was very knowledgeable. Quite impressed with the overall set-up displays and the lighting, which in most stores are dark and makes it hard to appreciate the actual scheme of things. If ever needs be I'll be glad to o come back to Raymour and Flanagan.

Has been nothing but a great experience with the help of Matt Abuhamda! With his help I got a beautiful sectional, came back for my dining room table, and we will be back for bedrooms and other furniture we will need. Super smooth! Can’t recommend enough. And thanks Matt!

Very friendly salesman nothing pushy explain the different mattresses but I did my homework before so I had an idea of what I wanted things went very smoothly price was reasonable
