Excellent customer service!!! I will always go here for any furniture I will need!

Very nice gentleman. Answered all my questions about mattresses. Not having bought an all foam before I had more questions. I was lucky to get a Nectar at a good price.

We will always use the outlet center in Liverpool. Our normal sales rep was on vacation. But Jack, who took care of us was just as good as Kirk. Another solid experience and why we always come back!

Good explanation of sofa and courteous saleman

John was extremely helpful when finding the perfect bedding for my aches and pains. The experience was quick and very pleasant and I’m very satisfied. John was very knowledgeable and we shared a few laughs over ours aging bodies.

Sales agents was helpful and friendly. I would ask for him again.

Tom Seaver is a big reason why we choose to shop at Raymour & Flanagan, he is always so helpful, weve worked with him for 14 years at another store and we found him at your store which is the reason we come to Raymours, his knowledge of the furniture makers and quality of the pieces is always very helpful, he knows exactly where to find coordinating pieces for us, he helped us purchase a a few months ago and now we are purchasing livingroom furniture, you should consider yourself lucky to have Tom as a sales person, hes awesome !!

the perfect couch!!! I will absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for furniture. When I am looking for any future pieces of furniture for my home, I will definitely start my journey at Raymour & Flanigan.

I worked with a very nice salesman, Eric Hall. I ordered loveseat in March 2021. Due to Covid, the special order did not get fufilled. I had several conversations with Eric over the months. Recently I decided to find a different loveseat & switched my order. Eric was super helpful & understanding. I did not meet him face to face, but could tell he is a great salesman!!!

Excellent customer service with Eric. He helped me every step of the way in buying my dining room set. I was having trouble with my bank and transactions going through and he was so patient. He made it really easy and has a great personality. The guy deserves a raise!

I went to R&F for the replacement of my bed set. The store manager was not happy that we were given the time on Memorial day which she believe was the mistake of he new associate however he was kind enough to accommodate us. She and her staff was courteous and professional and we were in and out in 30 min.

Emily was amazing helping us pick out our furniture! She went above and beyond! I would highly recommend her to help you with your selections.
