Excellent Customer Service
I needed to purchase a new bed. I was fortunate to be able to work with the same sales representative who assisted me earlier in 2025.
AJ was very kind and most helpful in assisting me in finding the best good quality furniture needed within my budget.

Donna (our salesperson) and Kristen were simply wonderful. They let us move through the purchase without any problems. As long as you have employees such as they, we will not shop for furniture anywhere else.

Great experience with Abraham at the DeWitt location. Very knowledgeable, not salesy at all BUT VERY HELPFUL in helping us figure out what we needed. No pressure added and then a smooth transaction took place with fast delivery scheduled. EASY!!! We'll be back for sure.

Melissa and Lori were so helpful and found us the exact sofa we were looking for. So glad we traveled to the East Syracuse store from Windsor, NY, our local raymour in Johnson city were not helpful and didn’t want to assist us after we stopped a few times.
