Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've always only shopped at Raymour and it's never much different, always helpful, kind, understanding people and they do help you out with getting what you need within your price range.

The association who assisted us was super courteous and helpful.

Sandy and Stacy provided amazing assistance to us for a complex purchase. Grateful to these professionals and to Raymour & Flanigan for outstanding services and great products.

Our salesman Mohammad Mirza was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable. If we were to buy more furniture I would want him to help us. He went above and beyond to help us find chairs to match our existing table.

Please be very cautious when buying furniture from this company (or rather this location). Their return policy is the worst I have even seen. They are nice to you when they are looking a sale and after you sign their contract anything goes wrong....you are on your own. The manager quoted 20% restocking fee, paying another delivery fee, no store credit, will not accept item back!!! Please go some where else. In addition, a table I saw there for $1300+ was at another store for $407. It's not worth it to go to Raymour and Flannigan. Horrible customer service from Manager, he was rude, dismissive, and defensive for no reason. I needed clarification and not even that he had time for. I'm frankly shocked and disappointed with their service, it's just not like before!

Mohammad was very pleasant and easy to work with. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and well experienced. I would definitely deal with him at any other time if I go back to the store.

Transaction was easy and customers service was very good. All salesmanship was welcoming and polite ready to assist customers.
