It was a great experience. We were greeted once we entered the store and the sales associate was very accommodating and led us to purchasing a mattress that was right for us. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Our salesman, Bob was extremely well versed on all products and was very helpful in helping us to decide, on top of being a nice guy.

Employee was great with helping to find what I needed and in the style I was looking for.

What a great experience from sales to delivery
It was so easy and quick!!!

I attempted to place an order by phone to the Waterford R&F store, but failed when filling out my requested financial information online. When I clicked on “terms and conditions” to read them l could not get back to your financial form. Then I went to “chat” but I still could not get back to the financial questionnaire and was told that the table would no be delivered 5 to 7 weeks after May 31. That was too long a wait. So I called R&F in Waterford and cancelled my order. Your online financial process needs help.

Linda salesperson was great at walking me through the store but store pricing is horrific and to lose a discount because you are financing is inexplicable? Furniture delivery is quick enough but lacks an option to specify if morning or afternoon works best - you get what you get and you better not regret!!

would love to see a haul away option too - cant comment on the furniture yet as the d day is not here yet

Your staff is always happy, friendly and helpful and we never feel pressured ( we have only had 1 disappointing experience but that was about 15 years ago)

We went to look at one named mattress but were met by John Martin, who showed us the one we were looking for. He asked several questions about our health issues and asked us to try one he felt better met our needs. The difference was immediate and met our needs. It was great in this day and age to meet a salesmen,who knows his products

My wife and I bought an electric fireplace from Raymour and Flanagan in Waterford, CT. The one we picked happened to be their most expensive. The regular price was $1,800 and it was on sale for $1,500. We charged the purchase to our in house account, but didn't think to check the paperwork to be sure that what the sales person (Gabby) told us matched what the paper work stated (IT DID NOT). When i received my statement I realized i wasn't given the sales price so I called Raymour. Their first response wasn't, let me see what we can do to make this right, instead it was, you should of checked the paper work.
I was never told that sales price was contingent on the length of financing. My intention was never to finance long term and Gabby, the sales person, clearly knew that I thought i was getting the sale price. I informed the store manager that i was never informed of the financing terms and he refused to adjust the price. He claimed he couldn't, but he could have atleast given me a store credit for the difference. I paid off the peice in 3 months just to prove to them I never intended to finance it long term, but they didn't seem to care. RAYMOUR AND FLANAGAN LOST A REPEAT CUSTOMER OVER $300!! BUYER BEWARE ...CHECK THE PAPER WORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. YOU CANNOT TRUST THAT WHAT THEY TELL YOU VERBALLY WILL BE THE SAME AS WHAT THE PAPER WORK STATES. CUTOMERS ARE THE LIFE OF YOUR BUSINESS, TO NOT BE WILLING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR THEM WHEN YOU BUSINESS HAS MADE A MISTAKE IS BAD BUSINESS.

Lisa was exceptional. Not only did she show tremendous patience with all of our questions, she made some excellent suggestions and our shopping experience was perfect.

We moved to ct a year ago an furnished the whole house with raymour and Flanigan.. we were happy till this last purchas . I called about the sectional we baught is giving us back pain an sharp pain in my rite leg .. its definitely the arch in the couch that's doing this .. I called the store an the lady was no help at all im so upset with this we would think the store would help loyal customers that shop there spending over 30k ... I will never shop there an I definitely don't recommend this store .. so disgusted
