Jose was Great! Introduced himself and pointed us in the right direction when we walked in. Gave us plenty of personal time to shop independently.
Was very knowledgeable about bedding and mattresses and current sales/ promotions.

Service was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Every effort was made to bring the price down and facilitate the purchase. Quality of the item (American Leather sleeper sofa) seems very high.

Great job! Delivery of the product was on time

I expected a five star experience because that’s generally been my experience with Raymour and Flanigan. But this time there was a wrinkle. I had requested and received a delivery date that showed up on my order confirmation page. When that day arrived and I got no reach-out about my delivery window I first tried to call customer service - with no luck. Automated system just kept routing me to the local store which was not yet open. I then initiated a chat online which after a bit of a wait did result in an interaction with a human who told me that my delivery was not set up for that day but she could set me up for the following day. Well the following day didn’t work as well for me but what was I gonna do with that point. All in all not life-changing but it was irritating.
