We dealt with Jose at the W Spfld store. We loved the fact that there was no pressure, very professional and friendly. Gave us time to discuss and kept checking back in. Ultimately helped us close the deal!

I was very pleased with my sales person. Ray was very knowledgeable about the furniture we were looking for and he was very pleasant to work with.

Eric was very personable and was a good salesman as he answered all my questions and had full knowledge of the products. He was also very patient and did not make you feel rushed.
I would request to work with Eric with future purchases.

Mary Lynn made my experience great. She is the most compassionate knowledgeable, considerate person. Explained everything about the mattress what I needed to know. I am sorry I did not get to meet her in person, but I hope to get in and just say my hellos to her when I’m in that area. She definitely is a keeper.

From the moment I step into the store I felt welcome. I explained to Denise the purpose of my visit and she kindly, patiently and professionally guided me to the store areas of interest. She was there to answer my many questions regarding the material and recliner design and functionality. It was due to her great guidance I found the recliner I was looking for.

Lynn is a wonderfully insightful sales person, who helped me with my very specific needs.

The salesman Ray Wholley was very nice and made me feel quite comfortable. I told him what I was looking for, an electric recliner, with one in mind, which they had for display in the showroom. He showed me all the motions of the chair and gave me some time to explore other chairs, in case I something better. I purchgased the chair I had been looking for. Again Ray couldn't be more knowledgable and friendly and I would gladly come back to Raymour & Flanigan, again !

We worked with Lynn and she was extremely helpful. When we got home and measured we realized that we ordered a couch too large. Lynn and the store manager Joe went above and beyond to ensure that we had the right configuration of the sectional. They even took it apart on the showroom floor and reconfigured it the way we wanted for our living room to ensure it would fit.

It was wonderful dealing with your customer service team.They were pleasant,understanding ang tried quickly to resolve our problem.

Our sales person Jessica was great! very easy to talk with and didn’t pressure us.

Mary Lynne is very helpful and even stayed past end of her shift to make sure everything was perfect.

My husband and I placed an order in store for a sectional on Feb 13th. Our sales person Jess told us it would be 3-5 weeks because we chose a custom color/fabric. We spent over $2,600 on a couch and a coffee table. 4 weeks rolled around and I called to check the status so we could make arrangements to get our old couch out of our home. Jess wasn’t available and I was told she would call me back. She called my husband back, and proceeded to tell him that she “never would have said 3-5 weeks” because they can’t get anything in that quick. So I guess both my husband and I made that up, and our couch wouldn’t be in the warehouse until mid April. We got a call on either 3/16 or 3/17 saying our couch would be ready in 7-10 days. We then got another call on Friday 3/20 that the couch was in and could be delivered today, 3/23. So we got rid of the couch we had over the weekend and are now sitting in lawn chairs, only to get a phone call this morning at 9 am that the couch wasn’t there, and wasn’t going to be delivered until April 6th. We are less than impressed and feel like we were lied to. And for what?? Just be honest about the time line and I would’ve been fine with waiting 2 months. Instead, we get the run around and are now sitting in lawn chairs for 3 weeks. It feels to me like they tell you what sounds the best so they can make their commission. Typical slimy salesman tactics. If you’re going to custom order furniture from these people, know that you’ll be waiting at LEAST 2 months. We will never purchase from here again.

Working with Mary Lynn is always a great experience. She is so very knowledgeable and always puts her customers satisfaction ahead if anything!!

Denise. It's fun shopping with her because she listens and is humorous about me changing my mind about a sofa vs sofa bed a million times!
She asks questions about the size of my room, the colors I like -- in order words, she shops with me.

The sales person was very helpful but not pushy. Assisted with any questions but allowed enough time to also go through the store.

Bought a floor model couch as the discontinued the model. Bought an additional section for almost half the cost of the couch. The new section does not match the couch. Rf Refused to take it back or refund my money. Many back and forth conversations and the ghosted me for the last 6 weeks.
Thank you for your lack of honesty and ethical sales Andy...we will get the rest of out furniture somewhere else.

Quality of products and Vana was very helpful and knowledgeable in the products with great customer service.

Our sales person Peter was a pleasure to work with and assisted us in finding the mattress, bedroom and living room furniture we wanted.
