Eric was very personable and was a good salesman as he answered all my questions and had full knowledge of the products. He was also very patient and did not make you feel rushed.

The salesman Ray Wholley was very nice and made me feel quite comfortable. I told him what I was looking for, an electric recliner, with one in mind, which they had for display in the showroom. He showed me all the motions of the chair and gave me some time to explore other chairs, in case I something better. I purchgased the chair I had been looking for. Again Ray couldn't be more knowledgable and friendly and I would gladly come back to Raymour & Flanigan, again !
4/26 Visit
We worked with Lynn and she was extremely helpful. When we got home and measured we realized that we ordered a couch too large. Lynn and the store manager Joe went above and beyond to ensure that we had the right configuration of the sectional. They even took it apart on the showroom floor and reconfigured it the way we wanted for our living room to ensure it would fit.

Delivery discrepancies/poor customer service
My husband and I placed an order in store for a sectional on Feb 13th. Our sales person Jess told us it would be 3-5 weeks because we chose a custom color/fabric. We spent over $2,600 on a couch and a coffee table. 4 weeks rolled around and I called to check the status so we could make arrangements to get our old couch out of our home. Jess wasn’t available and I was told she would call me back. She called my husband back, and proceeded to tell him that she “never would have said 3-5 weeks” because they can’t get anything in that quick. So I guess both my husband and I made that up, and our couch wouldn’t be in the warehouse until mid April. We got a call on either 3/16 or 3/17 saying our couch would be ready in 7-10 days. We then got another call on Friday 3/20 that the couch was in and could be delivered today, 3/23. So we got rid of the couch we had over the weekend and are now sitting in lawn chairs, only to get a phone call this morning at 9 am that the couch wasn’t there, and wasn’t going to be delivered until April 6th. We are less than impressed and feel like we were lied to. And for what?? Just be honest about the time line and I would’ve been fine with waiting 2 months. Instead, we get the run around and are now sitting in lawn chairs for 3 weeks. It feels to me like they tell you what sounds the best so they can make their commission. Typical slimy salesman tactics. If you’re going to custom order furniture from these people, know that you’ll be waiting at LEAST 2 months. We will never purchase from here again.

Bought a floor model couch as the discontinued the model. Bought an additional section for almost half the cost of the couch. The new section does not match the couch. Rf Refused to take it back or refund my money. Many back and forth conversations and the ghosted me for the last 6 weeks.
