We had a very positive experience with Michelle at R&F. She was very attentive but was also patient to let us look around and make a decision. I felt also that she wasn't trying to push the most expensive on me either, which is more appealing! Looking forward to the delivery of my new sofa this Friday!

New mattress purchase

The delivery men work so hard and we’re top notch.

Awful service! Received a damaged couch , took months to receive a replacement . They would only replace 2 of the 3 sectional pieces , when the new pieces arrived (after waiting months) they did not match the piece they refused to replace . Customer service was awful. Waited 2-3 months for the replacement couch. From the time of ordering it took over 8 months to have things fixed.

Worked with Joseph at the Raymour on 2560 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, NY. We came with a mission to help purchase some key pieces for our new home. Joseph was quite patient with helping us pick out the numerous items we needed, and giving us space when my wife and I were discussing tricky home plans. LOL. He gave us honest opinion about pieces and was down to earth. Thank you again Joseph and we will be back!

Michelle was exceptional! It was fun and light the entire time! She was patient and experienced in making my vision happen. Words can’t describe how happy I was when I left with my final purchase.

The store is very nice and all precautions for COVID protection were great - even in the bathrooms. It was very pleasant to shop for my new couches and my salesperson was very helpful and not pushy at all.

Stopped at store on Riverdale St. and was helped by a wonderful man named "T" . I didn't find what I was looking for and he recommended the outlet on Elm St in W.Springfield MA. He called ahead and set me up with Ethan who I have actually bought from before. I ended up buying a loveseat and ottoman. Both men a extremely helpful and enjoyed working with them both. They are both assets to your company.

My husband and I went in to shop on tax free weekend and expected it to be a headache. It wasn’t at all. We found exactly what we wanted quickly and we were helped right away. Everyone was super friendly. It was a great shopping experience.

My experience was okay to begin with but after placing my order of $2800, I found that ensuring the taxes were removed and setting up the delivery were a hassle. I had to call 3-4 times as the first time only 1 of my 2 split orders were put through, then the second order was put through with the taxes still on (mass tax free weekend). Each time I was told to wait an hour and call back. The last time it happened I called back and the store was closed. I was able to make the reservation this morning for delivery. If I were to do it over again I might use a smaller furniture store where I don’t feel like a number rather than a person.

Frustrated. Was told one thing from one salesman and something totally different from another the next day!!

Service was great. No pressure from salespeople when we were in the store. Sales processed order quickly and explained all charges. Great experience.
