Lisa was so helpful in helping us with purchasing 2 recliners.

No high pressure sale and very knowledgeable sales associate. I liked the different pricing options that were available that fit our budget.

John Burke; Salesman. Very helpful. I am handicapped with a walker and he made sure my daughter & I had every bit of info at the store we needed. We are very happy with the sale and will return to replace our old Love Seat when ready. My current Living Room set from Raymour was 20 years old.

Greeted by the store manager, then explained that an order placed earlier this year, which would take up to six months to deliver, due to the Covid was cancelled. Now my need to reapply for a new order for personal reasons, everything was quickly put back into motion with a new order for a dining room set. Now this new order is being delivered within a 2 to 3 day timeframe... Great experience! Good team follow-up by the R&F team!

John Burke was very helpful. I went in thinking they would not have what I wanted, in less than forty five minutes, I had everything I needed.

Stephanie Davis made the experience fun and so meaningful. I was looking for furniture for my brand new house, she took time to look at pictures and really listened to what I was looking for. She did an amazing job!

I always have a pleasant experience at R & F. I deal with Lisa Stevenson. She always calls to let me know when there’s a good sale on. She knows my style so well I think she could decorate my whole house with minimal input from me. And she guides me through the buying process but never pushes me. And she always comes up with ways to repurpose a piece of furniture to suit my needs. She knows the inventory really well so is always able to recommend pieces to suit my needs. So all in all a very pleasant and productive experience.

This is our third time back for another purchase! We were lucky enough to get our favorite salesperson Kerry B. She seems to know exactly what we want as we picked the first recliner she showed us, We did not plan on purchasing one that day! lol. We trust her and we never feel pressure. That last sentence is what everyone is looking for. No pressure

Sales associate, Sam I Am, went over and beyond to help my husband and I with the purchase of a lift recliner. My husband had trouble walking, and Sam immediately suggested a wheelchair to assist him.
He was very accommodating in allowing my husband to test the recliner out.
It was a very genuine experience!
