Scott was a wonderful salesperson. Not pushy, gave us the info needed, listened to us and showed us the right mattress. I told my husband it was a great experience when we left!

The minute I walked in the door, I was nicely greeted and assisted by Scott who simply listened to me and wasn’t pushy at all. He spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. He made my shopping experience pleasurable and that in turn will have me returning to your store.

Neil Nettleton was very helpful. He created us as soon as we came into the store. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the recliners. We looked around a little and he came and accompanied us and explained the different features of some of the recliners. Told us about the leather recliners and availability. He told told us about the additional warranty. We were specifically looking for black which limited our choices, but we still found something which worked for both myself and my husband because we wanted two recliners for our den. Comfort was most important to us. We are fine waiting 3 weeks for the next shipment. We are not in a hurry. Neil was very knowledgeable and very engaged. Good salesman!

Scott Tyler, our salesman from Delaware, was very knowledgable, personable and concerned that we get the sofa that would meet our needs. The showroom was very nice and the attractive. All the staff were polite and helpful.

We were assisted on several occasions by Denzel Teagle, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He showed us media cabinets and couches that fulfilled our personal requirements and gave us all the information we needed to make our decisions.
