Salesperson (Alfia) was knowledgeable and helpful by offering options available to us without being aggressive.

A great experience! We were fortunate to have Cindy to help us decide what we wanted and most importantly what we didn’t want. Her knowledge of the product and ability to answers all of our questions put us at ease, helping us to make informed decisions when selecting our living room furniture. We could not have been more pleased.

I put in a claim for a damage head board. It took almost two months and plenty of phone calls to a customer service number (that never picked up) in addition to phone calls to a nearby store to get a replacement. I don’t mind waiting however, almost two months is definitely way too long. Also why provide a number that never picks up? Absolutely insane.

The delivery on Jan 6, 2026 was a messed missing dining 3 chairs. I had the dining table returned becauseI had no chairs they forgot🤯. One week later delivered table and 3 chairs like Jan 12. Waited to
Receive bill statement paid the whole purchase by end of January received statement by TD bank, I did not owe nothing my balance and was to credit Account was close.
Then on April I received another Bill for some charges for March 24. 2026 That I had charged transaction on thatdate
I call TD bank they said they had paid it eventhought my credit account was close Raymour and flanigan sent the bill saying I never paid for the 3 chairs that came with my triangle table.
I will never order from this company
Costumer service was abusive and abused me of no wanting to paid when I paid thousands of dollars.
I was a ashley store furniture client I don't know why I chose this outlet in Elizabeth by IKEA and I bought for furniture for my mother there $$$ sofas set🤯
