Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff

The total customer experience was the best I ever had in all my years. The manager that help me was amazing he was truly wonderful, I had a problem with my original recliner and when I spoke with the manager he resolve my issue to my satisfaction without any problem. Im so very happy with my experience and I must say I have always purchased my furnature from Raymour and Flanigan for the last 20 years and now I know why. YOUR ARE TRULY THE BEST, YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I also want to thank the delivery associates for their time and effort, they were very kind and pleasent.

We had a great experience from the moment we entered and were warmly greeted by Nicole Armani, and she was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and then some!! All at reasonable pricing with 6 months, no interest financing!

I was looking for something specific, and reasonably priced. I knew what I wanted in my mind, but had no luck finding it until I checked your site. There it was, the item I’d been looking for. Other places couldn’t deliver until October/November and I needed the item asap! You took care of EVERYTHING in a few simple clicks! I’m so excited, you have no idea! Thank you!!!

We were welcomed right at the door as we came into the showroom. Alecia was friendly and offered to help us find what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable, professional and patient with us as we asked many questions and tried out a lot of furniture. She made the whole process enjoyable as we chose and purchased our furniture.

Terrible save yourself a headache. Management at manchester location is a joke unprofessional no clue how she even got in that position. Warehouse employees cant even pick the correct product. We got half tan which we ordered and half blue couch. They expect you to return it for free to get the correct piece or want you to miss another day of work sitting around to get the correct piece delivered. If thats the case I need a refund for wasting a day of vacation for your mistake. Finally got the correct piece and its broke lol now they want us to wait around for 6 hours again to come look at it to see if they can fix it

Our interaction with Jodi Feldman, the “parts coordinator” in Gibbston NJ ,regarding an issue we experienced with our 6 year old dining room table , has so far been excellent. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and we felt that she really genuinely cared, and wanted to help us with our problem . She is an asset to your company.

Delivery went well too but I would like to make a suggestion. The gentleman carried our brand new cushions upstairs against their bare skin. The seat cushion had a noticeable mark from his sweaty arm. I didn't mention it to them because it was a slight mark and I know it was a hot day with smoke from Canada. But going forward, keep the plastic protection on the cushions and remove them in the home.

I placed an order for a new mattress and Torrence M. went above and beyond to help me get a great deal and within a delivery timeframe that worked for me. I worked with him via online chat, then he placed the order for me. Got all of my questions answered and everything was done quickly. Awesome customer care!

Excellent customer service in Ben. They had exactly what I was looking for and he was able to answer all of my questions.

Everything was very clear. I needed to make sure that I was ordering furniture that would fit, so the small space category was great. Then I needed to make sure that I didn't have to assemble anything. The "white glove" option was obvious.

Our sales person, Ernie was amazing! We went into the store simply to get some ideas and ended up purchasing. Ernie was extremely knowledgeable of each of the product lines and was patient while we drug him around the store.

I ordered a recliner, dining room table/chairs, tall chest and dining room rug. The sales associate on the UWS helped me choose the rug dimensions. Well, the rug was way too small, and I notified him immediately after delivery. I needed the larger rug (same style) and would obviously pay the difference. I was told this was not possible and I needed to purchase the larger one even though I immediately called him after delivery and said I would return the rug to the UWS within an hour.

I then placed a bad Google review based on this. I was told to call customer service (no number given). So, for the past couple days I've been calling 1-888-729-6687 and after endless prompts the response is always the same "no one is available to take your call. Goodbye." This company is absolutely hopeless.. I spent well over $3000 and only want to exchange my rug for a larger size and would gladly pay the difference.

I am so pleased with my experience when I first walked in. The guys at the front was great and so helpful. Customer service was extremely helpful and Leslie the manager was incredible and help me with my sofa. So thankful people still have great work ethic.
