My dog was sent home after an operation Bearley able to move and could not walk. We had to carry her to the car her gums was white, I sent I. All my evidence in but as everyone els there was no negligence found its appoling as I know I'm not the only one who lost a dog at this vet

We believe that our vets killed our dog and made her suffer for 3 long days. We had clear evidence but surprise apparently there was absolutely no errors on their part. Clearly this is not an independent and it’s only there to pretend an investigation. Appalling

do not bother complaining waist of time,the rcvm are not independent do a poor job of mediating after numerous attempts to get answer virtually told they can do what they wont,they do not listen and do not read correspondence sent.if i were you go any where else

Appalling governing body, they will never take the side of the complainant, the Vets are protected by this body whom are paid for by those same vets people make complaints about, avoid this shovel of sh????te, over paid and over priced individuals who have nothing but self preservation written through them like a stick of rock, corrupt to the core, gaining the queens approval, if only she knew the disreputable crap they produce, wasting your time reporting anything to these people.
