I hate that it has a cooldown timer, so you can't try again always.

I recently signed up for a free trial with ReadnQuiz to prepare my children for homeschooling. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support was shockingly unprofessional and downright rude.

I encountered technical issues while testing the program at home and sent a simple email stating, “the program keeps messing up.” Instead of providing support, I received a dismissive and accusatory reply stating:

“Sorry, no adult would ever send this email. You’re busted.”

When I called to clarify, their responses only got worse. I received another email claiming:

“It is surprising that an adult would claim they sent the ‘messed up’ email, which was obviously sent by a child. But if you want to rely on the ‘customer is always right’ mantra, that is your prerogative. We don’t play that game. We deal with kids trying to cheat every day.”

The tone was condescending, accusatory, and entirely unprofessional. To make matters worse, during my phone calls, I was insulted and spoken to in a dismissive and aggressive manner. This is not the kind of behavior I would expect from a company providing services for educators, parents, and students.

As a parent looking for reliable tools for homeschooling, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the ReadnQuiz team. If this is how they treat customers, I question how they can provide meaningful support to educators or students.

I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how they approach customer interactions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ReadnQuiz to anyone looking for a professional and supportive educational platform.
