I bought a 6.8" DDU and 2 flags.

The quality of the build is so superior to all the 3D printed items out there. Real class.

Lost two stars for poor design around the USB input plug. There is no space to use any other USB cable other than what was supplied to plug in (I need to use a 3m cable). No 3rd party cable I have fits into the gap left - now I have had to add USB extenders instead of using my higher quality 3m cable. This should be changed.

I've only purchased twice from Reaperware. Each time has been absolutely fantastic. Andy is super ifnormative, and really went out of his way on the alst order. When it comes to sim racing and LEDS, I always check Reaperware first in the hope they have what I need as it's always a great experience.

I've had my iFlags for quite a while now, but due to a corrupted C drive, I had to replace it and reinstall windows, which meant two days of painstakingly setting up all my gear from scratch on iRacing. One of my iFlags had stopped working. Cut a long story short, somehow one of the USB cables had come loose from my highly populated USB hub and with some 14 USB cables routed from the sim chair to the hub, I had mis-traced one of the iFlags back to the hub and as a result did not isolate the right USB plug, which was loose.

So I asked Reaperware to help me solve the problem. It was in the end me being an idiot, but that's not what matters, and not what has led me to write this review. What leads me to write this review is how swift Andy was to help my with my issue. He really cares, and that's so important. Cannot rate Reaperware highly enough.

Bought multiple products ranging from iFlag's to the Race Console Podium. Quality is exceptional and you can tell the products are very well made. Sure you can find these sorts of things cheaper but I guarantee you they will not be of the high quality that Reaperware provide. Very good braided USB leads supplied with all items and also a decent length for your rig. Also, I made contact a few months ago about Simhub as I wasn't sure (my own limitations) how to integrate a product - I got a quick response detailing the steps which solved my issues. Items also come well packaged. Remember its not just about the product you buy but also about any follow up customer service should you require it. Overall 10/10 - cannot fault them.

All I can say is this company has one of the best customer service I have dealt with. Goes above and beyond to help customers needs. Won’t be the last time I purchase.

Recebtly purchased ReaperWare RaceConsole Stream-XL V2 and previously bought lcd screen both of premium quality and come with braided cables feel durable and well made. Had no issues all buttons and connectivity all work seamlessly and when it comes to customer service, Andy is second to none. Replies are fast and helpful. ReaperWare is my first stop for any sim racing equipment highly recommended!

Propriétaire désobligeant, pas arrangeant et pas commerçant une seule seconde !

Se croyant supérieur parce qu'anglais ! Ne fait aucun effort de sympathie et de gentillesse !

Taxe d'importation énorme en plus, ne respecte pas les consignes d'envois. Ne propose aucune solution hormis un retour et payer à nouveau des frais d'exportation !
Bref, passez votre chemin et aller plutôt à la concurrence Européenne.
Heureusement, aujourd'hui, j'ai fait transformer cet achat à la conception aussi idiote que stupide par un artiste de l'électronique. Cela n'a plus rien à voir aujourd'hui et m'évite d'avoir à penser à ce vendeur amateur. Tous les boutons, la déco, des leds et Stickers ajoutés font que je peux enfin oublier cette mauvaise expérience d'achat.

Achetez en Europe, la véritable Europe, au moins vous ne risquez pas d'être déçu et payer des taxes exorbitantes.

I have purchased a few things now from Reaperware, and the quality is awesome a pleasant surprise, very helpful and was able to modify my 30 elite button box to suit my requirement
