Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen einen Anbieter wie Rebeat Digital zu wählen und keine großen Online Distributoren. Bei Rebeat gibt es einen Top Support die mir nach massiven Problemen bei Landr.com rasch und effizient geholfen haben. Die Software von Rebeat ist ein bisschen kniffelig, da muss man sich erst einarbeiten, aber im Gesamtpaket kann ich jedem nur wärmstens diese Firma empfehlen. So geht Dienstleistung!

How is it possible to charge so much for such subpar service in the modern era? In order to find much better distribution conditions, it appears that German-speaking customers are simply too lazy to obtain some information in English. Save your time and search elsewhere because this is where you'll find the standard European trend: exorbitant fees for subpar service.

It use to be easy. You now need a rocket science degree to be able to upload music through their software. Their customer support is so unhelpful. Plenty of other distributors out there that are far better and easier to use with better royalty payments to you.

Ich nutze Rebeat schon seit Jahren für den Upload meiner Lieder und habe bisher keine negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Von den Kosten sind sie etwas teurer als andere Anbieter für einen einzelnen Release, aber mit der Flatrate bei vielen Releases fällt das nicht ins Gewicht. Die Kosten werden auf alle Fälle durch den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Support am Telefon und per Mail abgegolten. Die Auszahlung erfolgt pünktlich zum Ende des Monats wenn man die 50€ erreicht hat.

The company deserves one star for actually uploading what you pay them to upload. Otherwise they constantly claim that there's something wrong with your upload, such as a piece of text, a picture (that they accepted while uploading), a quality issue or too much black in a picture on the side (??).. JUST so that you have to pay them AGAIN to upload your product- with some fixes that they made up...
They should upload and distribute music, but they make you pay twice because the artwork on your single/EP/Album has too much black, has text on the wrong side, has black/white sides, is pixelated or blurry- even when it's not.. or has the wrong amount of pixels (which it doesn't and which if it did, the program would notify you of when uploading).

Also- they don't pay you royalties. I have made 2 albums and a few singles, ALL from which I have gotten money from the collecting organizations of my country for plays on only ONE platform. From them I have gotten around 200€/year (I'm not popular, but it is something to me). Rebeat has registered 0.42€.
They will not pay me until I have made 50€- which means if I make 49€ they get to keep it- After I've payed them 10€ per uploaded song (because they always charge you twice with some excuse that there is too much of one colour somewhere on your artwork) and 100€ just to get to use their product.
