Very good organisation, nice people to speak to and quick responses when there were questions. The whole travel experience was great and this journey would not have been possible being on your own, because there were many things to see which only a good preparation and long experience could make accessible.

Efficient Meet & Greet, excellent hotel & hotel staff, great guides, daily itinerary sent the day before via WhatsApp. Extremely helpful with personal issues that come up in our group

It was almost all about Noé from Bucay Adventures, who Rebecca brought in for this 2-day custom trip. He lives in Bucay, knows the area, plants, sights, people - couldn't be a better guide and driver! As planned, we visited the gorgeous Bucay cloud forest reserve and met fascinating representatives of the Shuar people on Day 1, then drove to the magnificent El Cajas National Park (13,000+ feet, a new high for me). An extra bonus was an unplanned side trip to Cuenca - since we had time to squeeze this in. Visited Boris Ordoñez' OFF gallery and drove around the city. Then back over the summit to return to my hotel in Guayaquil. I said "almost all about Noé" - the other outstanding aspect was the overnight accommodation at Hacienda La Danesa resort near Naranjito. An evening and morning in the lap of luxury, delicious dinner, and I was the only guest at that time! So all together, a marvelous experience that I will treasure for years to come.

Rebecca Adventures was responsive and friendly. The crew of the Nemo III and our guide, Jairo, were outstanding. The nature hikes, snorkeling, and kayaking were superb, with unbelievable wildlife. The food was an unexpected pleasure - multi-course at every meal, freshly prepared, abundant, delicious.

Organisation wand communication were excellent.

Juan Carlos was the agent that helped me customize my booking from the beginning and made sure everything went smoothly. Once in the Islands, everything was taken care of from transportation to snorkeling tours. The guides were great too specially the ones that took us snorkeling. The boats they booked for our tours were exceptional, very nice captains and their assistants as well. They prepared the most delicious fresh fish lunch with rice and salad with refreshments. Everyone was always on time!! we appreciated that. The hotels: Fiesta (Santa Cruz) and Casita de la Playa (Isabella) were great, the included breakfast was delicious). I have been referring them to everyone we get asked for. We will use them again. Oh one thing, if you travel during the cold months, make sure they include your wet suits because the water is cold.

We toured Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain.

We had drivers pick us up at the airport, deliver us to hotels, bring us to see the sights. Much more pleasant that getting an uber. All tours were private in a clean modern van so we could bring extra clothes in case of rain (and leave then in the van), but were not tied down to wear a heavy backpack. Generously supplied us with water everywhere we went.

Attention to detail with a daily WhatsApp to tell us what was up the next day which included time of pickup and agenda was so helpful.

Skilled drivers and friendly guides who showed up on time each day and filled us in on history and religion to make our tours so wonderful.

Rebecca Adventure took care of all the details such as purchasing the train tickets, bus tickets and entrance tickets to Machu Picchu. While others were waiting in long lines, our guides took us to the head of the line.

We had several different guides and they were all excellent. We felt the price of the entire tour was reasonable and worth every penny!

We had a fantastic experience with Rebecca Travel from the initial booking through the entire trip. The booking experience began with a zoom call to get to know our agent, Juan. Juan was great at working through multiple trip iterations and always positive! Rebecca had great standard itineraries which we used as a basis for our vacation. We achieved a superb itinerary at a good price.

During the trip, we received daily updates on what to expect. Additionally, there were some in-country issues that affected our trip. Karina and her staff were amazing in changing the order of our trip to see maximize our time in Ecuador. Through the trip, we found we had many private tours. The guides spoke good English, knowledgeable about the country and sights, and were generous with telling us about their lives.

Juan Carlos made the booking arrangements very easy. We had to work within a particular time frame and he was able to get everything to line up. While on the trip the guides and the 24 hr online assistance were great and made everything so easy and fun! All around wonderful trip.

Communication was great before and during the trip. Every part of the complicated logistics worked like clockwork. All the adventures and guides met or exceeded very high expectations. Giant Tortoises! Yes! BlueFooted Boobies! Yes! Snorkeling with sharks and sea lions! Yes! The trip of a lifetime. Would recommend Rebecca travel in a heartbeat.

Rebecca adventure travel was such a joy to have on our fast paced Peru and Galapagos itinerary. Every day they sent the itinerary. We are experienced travels but wanted a travel agent since our trip was going to be very fast paced. Everyone was always on time and it was very reliable. There were a few times last minute I would message on what’s up app to discuss about potentially changing the itinerary and they were always upfront and honest about what additional cost it would be or if it was maybe not good. On the side we booked things ourselves but the level of comfort of the booking that came from Rebecca Adventure travel were so much better. We would recommend Rebecca Adventure Travel in a heartbeat. They will create an itinerary just for you!

They accommodated my needs and wants and were very responsive especially adjusting my itinerary because my flight was canceled due to the Crowdstrike. They personalized my itinerary and had surprises me for on my bday.

We wanted a land based tour of the Galapagos. We got a lot of help to customize it to our interests. Overall the experience was very good. They arranged day tours at each destination and all transfers and intra-island travel. We had great tour guides, they were timely, the boats were great and fed us well. The snorkeling guides were very professional. The tourist class hotels are comfortable.

We used Rebecca Adventure Travel to help us plan a very successful 9-day trip to the Galapagos Islands in April, 2024, for our three-generation family group of 10 people, ages 9 to 78. We stayed on three islands; San Cristobal, Isabela, and Santa Cruz.

We worked with Maggy over the course of several weeks, via email and zoom calls, to decide which islands to visit, which sites and activities to include, how to travel between islands, and how to fit as much as possible into our grandchildren’s school vacation week without overwhelming our budget or physical abilities.

We were very happy with our choices throughout the week. We had excellent guides for our excursions, and a good mix of planned activities and time on our own for exploration. All of the arrangements made by Rebecca Adventure Travel went smoothly.

The low point on our trip came when many of us got sick one night, presumably from poor sanitation at a restaurant we chose on our own. The next morning, Rebecca Adventure Travel was able to rearrange our itinerary and reschedule the Tuneles Tour for all 10 of us, which made a huge difference in our enjoyment of our trip; the Tuneles Tour (on Isabela) turned out to be one of the high points of the week.

The other high points were the Tortoise Breeding Center on San Cristobal, and the 360 tour on San Cristobal, and all the sea lions on San Cristobal and Isabela. We also really enjoyed the beaches we got to visit.

We intentionally chose a travel company based in Ecuador. We were 100% pleased with Rebecca Adventure Travel and give them our highest recommendation.

The whole trip (to the Galapagos), from the initial consultation, booking process and coordination on location was smooth and flawless. The only small glitch was on the last day when the local taxi driver got the time confused but this was quickly sorted. At every stage of the trip there was a local contact who met us to help with the transfers, even joining us for the ferry and bus rides to sort out tickets and help with baggage. It took all the stress away and we could just concentrate on enjoying the trip. Most of the guides were adequately fluent in English and very knowledgeable. The wildlife was spectacular as expected but also the people we met were warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The choice of hotels was also perfect for our specific needs, ie close to wildlife rather than luxury. This was the best trip we have done as a family and we felt that we were looked after very well at every stage. I would have no hesitation in using Rebecca travel in the future.
Ps - I should mention Juan Carlos, our main contact from the company who was very pleasant and prompt with communication, and came over to meet us when we landed in Quito!

Our entire experience, from the planning to on-ground execution was fantastic. Pre-trip, our discussions with Maggy Jara helped us plan a great itinerary that covered two different geographic zones and some key site visits. On ground, Telmo and Gloria were absolutely outstanding guides to Quito, the surrounding areas and Cotopaxi national park, tweaking our daily plans to keep our entire party (which included a nine-year-old) delighted. Christian provided some great insights during our tour of Ingapirca and Cuenca. We had a stress-free and stimulating trip and would definitely love to book another with Rebecca in the future.

This was a wonderful experience, trekking through Ecuador. It was a trip of a lifetime!

The reason for this review was simply because Katie Beckwith from the start of the process until after the trip helped with anything we needed, and answered all of our questions! Second, our guide Christian Valencia was a great guide in everyway imaginable! He provided all the gear as well, paddleboards, Mountain bikes, hiking accessories, etc! Highly recommend this company!
