Maten brukar vara god och det var det denna gång också. Delade en flaska vin med min väninna vid 17 och åt sedan en bowl. Varför jag bara ger 2 stjärnor denna gång är för att bemötandet var bedrövligt från personalen som ställde sig på det högljudda och otrevliga sällskapets sida, när min väninna bad de att dämpa sig lite. Vi fick till svar att ”det här är inte östermalm”! Jag anser ju att klockan 17 på eftermiddagen på en restaurang med hälsomat ska man kunna äta och talas vid i normal samtalston med varandra. Det här med Happy Hour verkar ha tagit över stället och attraherar ett klientel som vare sig har lärt sig vett och etikett och som dricker sig fulla som vore de på nattklubb. Trist! Och trist attityd av den unga oerfarna personalen. Det blir andra matställen för min del i fortsättningen.

Very poor customer service. Product consistently out of stock, delivers wrong product, influencers always seem to be well stocked but not the paying customers. Poor customer service comes from the many read and run messages. No replies, no communication unless chased. 3 weeks awaiting an update from my last message about stock.

Really tasty snacks and super fast delivery.

Coconut water is delicious but must be consumed within 24 hours, which it doesn't say anywhere on the bottle. I spent £5 only to find it had gone off. I was promised a voucher by customer services, which I eventually received after some chasing. Hopefully they will add the information on the bottle.

I made an online order. Money is taken instantly, but no confirmation order or any communication. A few days later, I received a text saying my order will be delivered within the next 4 hours. I waited at home the whole day, but then nothing came, no delivery attempt was made. I then received a text saying, I now have to collect the order from a faraway location, where I did not order it to be delivered.
Customer service lied that a delivery attempt was made. From what I see, this company takes your money, then ships all orders to a warehouse location to save on delivery cost and ask you to make the last leg delivery for them. Given COVID 19 situation no one is allowed to go outside to collect their order. So they may even lie about shipping an order out and may very well just take ppl money then lie their way through it.
I will ask for a recharge from the credit card company. But I will never do business with this company again

This was my first time ordering from Rebel Kitchen (three small cartons of non-dairy 'mylk'). Fantastic products that were well packaged and arrived promptly. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
