My great-grandmother emigrated from Quebec, but her baptism record always eluded me. I requested a specialist researcher through their site, and after roughly three months, they found the original parish register entry. Confirming her maiden name helped me trace an entirely new branch I didn't know existed. The wait was worth it.

I had spent quite a bit of time on Ancestry without much luck. I decided to try RecordClick, and they traced back seven generations—more than I had expected. They ran into a few privacy-related obstacles but provided guidance on ordering the necessary death certificates and kept working on it. Communication throughout was clear.

It was an average experience for me. I hired them for genealogy research services because I didn’t know where to start on my own. They helped uncover some parts of my family background, including a few international connections, which was helpful. However, I expected more detailed findings and a bit more communication during the process. It’s decent, but there’s room for improvement.

A 150-year-old enigma was cracked with the help of the land records that I was unaware of. Truly a remarkale accomplishment.

These genealogy services are a secret. The mystery that my family had been discussing for years now got concluded with Quentin's one particular background.

The service was okay for me. I was looking for a genealogist near me but decided to try them instead. They did find some information about my family, but I felt like the research could have gone deeper. Communication was alright, just not very frequent.

I’m really glad I found them while searching for a USA genealogist. They handled my request carefully and provided a very detailed report. I had tried doing some research myself before, but they were able to find records I couldn’t access. Everything was explained in a simple way, which made it easy to understand my family history. Great service overall.

It was an okay experience for me. They did some genealogy research and found basic information, but I expected something more detailed considering the service.

First, record click is expensive, so itʻs important to know what youʻre getting for your money.

For me, I had hit a dead end in my own family research, so I turned over all my documentation to them and also gave them my results of genetic testing.

I asked for 2 specific pieces of information that I had not yet acquired for them to work on.

After a month, what they gave me in return for almost 1k of money was a report on my genetic testing from ancestry, THATS IT.

No additional documents, no new names that I was looking for. Youʻd be better off paying your friend 1k and having them tell you more about what youʻve just given them, because at least your friend gets your money instead of these random strangers that canʻt tell you anything new.

My genealogy brick wall solved. Glad I hired Record Click.

Can't comment whether this Company is actually legit or not however using fake Genealogist names and photo's is disgraceful and a complete misrepresentation.

Using photo's taken from a dead person's obituary is ABOMINABLE.

(The same image for Irish Genealogist McKayla from Cork was actually the same image as used in Judith Lethby's obituary from Canada, who died in 2021 God Rest Her Soul)

My information should be immediately removed from this company, so clients are not commissioning RecordClick for research which can not be carried out.

I purchased a package for my husband as a gift. He had been working on trying to track down his ancestry in Ireland but ran into many issues.
When we began working with Megan, she was amazing. Found so much information for us, gave us excellent advice and documentation to use instead of a birth certificate or baptismal certificate for his Foreign Births application and ultimately his Irish Passport. From when we worked with Megan in June of 2022, we submitted for his Foreign Births application, received approval, then submitted for his Irish Citizenship/Passport and we just received that in June of 2024.
This journey was definitely a test on patience....

I am very pleased with my report,it was done quickly and on time.

This is a terrible company. They take your money and give you nothing in return that you can use. Don't trust them or get involved with them.

Every goal I requested from the start was accomplished by Oliva at Record Click. She was able to decipher my DNA results and find my paternal family and relatives as much as any record could be found!

Without a doubt, I would use them again and when asked who I used, I recommend to all.

I have never dealt with a better company. Efficient, accurate, timely. I couldn't imagine better service.
