Incroyable boutique

Die Produkte haben die billigste Qualität was mir jemals untergekommen sind. T-schirts lösen sich regelrecht auf nach 3-4x waschen sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Die Größen sind so absurt das manche Größen M die sind absurt groß und manche sind wiederum so klein das sie fast nicht mehr passen. Ich empfehle keinen dort zu kaufen.

Missing parcel and extremely poor customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with the Red Bull Shop.

I placed an order which never arrived. I did not receive any order confirmation or shipping notifications, so I had to chase the order myself just to find out what was happening. Eventually I was told the parcel had been “delivered”, however I never received it.

The delivery photo provided did not show my property, and the parcel was allegedly accepted by someone named “Alison”, who I do not know and did not authorise to receive the parcel. I also never authorised any “drop-off location” or third-party delivery.

To investigate the issue, Red Bull Shop asked me to complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt form, which I did immediately. I was then asked to complete another form again later, which I also returned straight away.

At that stage I was told I would receive an update within 14 days, but that timeframe passed with no update or resolution. After chasing again, I was simply told the courier investigation was ongoing and even advised not to send further messages, despite the fact that I still have not received the goods I paid for.

This issue has now been ongoing for weeks, despite me cooperating fully at every stage.

Overall this has been a very frustrating experience with slow communication, repeated requests for documentation, and no resolution for a missing order.

I hope Red Bull Shop will now resolve this matter properly.

Tja wie soll man das bewerten, wenn bestellt ist, bezahlt ist, nicht geliefert wird um auf Nachfrage zu erfahren, dass es leider länger dauert und geliefert wird. Tags darauf gibt es die Stornierung.

Lieferung katastrophal - ich laufe seit Tagen dem Paket hinterher.

Paket beschädigt - keinerlei Kundenservice.

Die Bestellung wurde mit DPD verschickt und ist bei mir nie angekommen. Ich habe den Shop um Hilfe gegeben aber es wurde mir nur gesagt es liegt in meiner Verantwortung weil ich einen Ablageort angegeben hatte falls ich nicht zuhause bin . Aber ich war zuhause!!!! Bei DPD reagiert auch niemand somit bleibe ich sicher auf der Rechnung sitzen ohne etwas erhalten zu haben. Ich werde hier nichts mehr bestellen, denn bei Problemen wird einem nicht geholfen.

After buying a redbull hansgrove sweater for my husband at Christmas all was fine until the first wash. When the BORA wording came off.
After contacting customer service and fighting for a replacement he received another one for it to do the exact same thing!!!

Haven’t bothered getting another replacement as I’ve totally lost faith in the quality now.

Definitely would not recommend purchasing merch from red bull. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

Winterjacke im Dezember 2024 gekauft, seit Januar 2026 klemmt der Reißverschluss beim Öffnen am unteren Ende. Auskunft von Alphatauri: Sehen keinen Fehler und empfehlen, auf eigene Kosten reparieren zu lassen. Bei dem Modell kann man leider den Reißverschluss nicht austauschen. Daher war das mein letzter Alphatauri-Kauf.

Sehr enttäuschend. Winterjacke im Januar 2025 im Red Bull Shop gekauft, der Reißverschluss ist erneut defekt und das bereits beim zweiten Exemplar, nachdem beim ersten dieselbe Schwachstelle aufgetreten ist. Die Jacke wurde saisonal getragen (keine Nutzung im Frühjahr und Sommer).
Als „Lösung“ wurde mir 10 % Kulanz angeboten ohne weitere Erläuterung. Das ist nicht angemessen und deckt nicht einmal die üblichen Reparaturkosten. So stelle ich mir Qualität und Kundenservice nicht vor. Einen Stern gibt es dennoch. Es wurde innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit reagiert.

Ho acquistato una felpa di taglia M controllando anche la loro tabella taglie ed è la solita taglia che prendo per linea F1. L'articolo indicato corrisponde ad una XL circa. Ho scritto loro ma hanno detto che è normale. Non credo proprio ! Ti fanno pagare il reso dunque non solo non posso utilizzare il prodotto ma devo anche pagare per restituire. Quanto costa a loro un ritiro gratuito per il cliente? Credo davvero poco ma si vede che per loro un cliente vale meno di una spedizione da 300gr circa.Pessima esperienza, pessima assistenza non consiglio di utilizzare questo sito per acquisti.

Ich kann nur warnen vor Artikeln mit den wie auch immer aufgebrachten Logos, in meinem Fall von RB-BORA-hansgrohe. Nach dem zweiten Waschen lagen diese lose in der Maschine. Nicht beschweren kann ich mich über den Kundendienst, schnelle Reaktion, Rücksendeschein zugemailt bekommen. Ersatz wird erst gar nicht angeboten, sie kennen also die Qualitätsprobleme. Klar, bleibt trotzdem im Shop. Wollte mit ihnen 50/50 teilen und die Sachen ohne Logo behalten, sie boten mir nur 15% und werfen sie jetzt lieber in die Tonne.

I ordered my son a Max Verstappen helmet for his birthday. He was excited and checked progress of the order daily. After receiving the same update for days we contacted the Red Bull shop for an update no response despite several reminders. We then received a thank you for your return message return we didn't even receive it. Upon contacting Red Bull we received a sorry it's out of stock message but you can have 15 percent off your next order. No thank you. Surely it should have been resent or at least contact made they were aware that we never received the item.

Red Bull OMG I LOVE MY REDBULLZ cant live a day without em but on the 5/5/2025 i got a redbull and it wasnt my redbull something was off about it, other then that its so good im definitely gonna buy more when i get paid

I cannot believe how fast I received my online order. MACYS SUCKS THEIR ONLINE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS MESSED UP WHEN THEY COME FROM THE FULFILLMENT CENTER IN MARTINSBURG,WV. SO MANY PEOPLE HATE MACYS.THE REDBULL PRODUCTS ARE WELL MADE AND REASONABLY PRICED.

Non solo le taglie sono errate ( ho ordinato una felpa M, e la vestibilita’ era una XS) ma per il reso ho dovuto pagare pure io la spedizione. Perché l ordine proviene dall Italia. Invece la politica dei resi di Austria Inghilterra ecc allora è gratuita…. Non ho parole!!!!
