I am so angry with Redcoon. I ordered a fitted /built-in washing machine from them in Germany because of their Premium Plus service (delivery, installation - including fitted or built in machines, removal of old machine). Their service - DHL - delivered the machine but did not install the new one or remove the old one. Too complicated according to them and they left. For 2 weeks I phoned and mailed redcoon and, besides placating noises, they did NOTHING. They did not even have the decency to call or mail me back ONCE. They simply said yes, they have had problems with this service. My tenant (to my embarrassment) has had to live for 2 weeks with a broken washingmachine and a new one standing in the middle of the sitting room. I have now had to find a plumbing service to install the machine and remove the old one. After 2 weeks of phoning and emailing they have finally agreed (per phone, I still don't have it black on white) to pay for this installation. I will have to compensate my tenant for 2 weeks of inconvenience - I want compensation from Redcoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

En esta tienda online redcoon.es compré, en distintas ocasiones, un reproductor de DVD de salón, tarrinas de discos DVD+R, un móvil Samsung S4 y creo que alguna cosilla más.

Todo había sido correcto hasta que compré el móvil Samsung Galaxy S4, hará un año y medio o dos. La cámara trasera del móvil tenía dos rayajos. No quise reclamar nada porque necesitaba el móvil y esa deficiencia parecía no afectar a la calidad de las fotos. Pero qué mal que te manden un producto así. Mi pregunta es: ¿cómo es posible que un móvil nuevo te venga con el cristal de la cámara rayado?

Han perdido mi confianza y no he vuelto a comprarles desde entonces. Hay otros sitios mejores.

Llevo comprando bastantes cosas en esta empresa, y me gusta mucho por eso le doy 5 estrellas. Siempre lo he comprado contrareembolso y pienso que tendría que ser un dinero fijo y no el 3% de lo que valga el producto pero igualmente tiene precios muy buenos en algunas cosas y el envio es perfecto

Me pierdo entre tantos anuncios y ofertas. Además la web no se ve bien en móvil y me piden muchos datos. Es una pena, porque antes solía comprar.

E la prima volta che uso Redcoon e sarà certamente l'ultima !!! Merce arrivata per due volte di seguito danneggiata.e ora sto aspettando di riavere i miei soldi . Speriamo che almeno questi arrivino

Me llegaron todos los electrodomésticos en menos de 3 días, todo perfecto! Precios muy buenos y atención al cliente un 10.

Ich habe eine Kaffeemaschine bestellt.
Die Maschine war angeblich auf Lager und es wurde angezeigt, dass das Paket am gleichen Tag verschickt wird.
Nach 14 Tagen war die Maschine immer noch nicht da und bei meiner
Rückfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt das der mitbestellte Kalkentferner
im Moment nicht lieferbar sei und deshalb sich die gesamte Bestellung
bis auf weiteres verzögert. ( noch 1 oder 2 Wochen !!!! )
Anstatt mir diese Info per email mitzuteilen meldet sich niemand.
Für mich war die Kaffeemaschine das wichtige und nicht der Reiniger.
Das war das erste und das letzte Mal das ich bei dieser Firma etwas bestellen werde.
Leider habe ich den Gesamtpreis schon bezahlt was ein grosser Fehler war.

Me han cobrado el electrodomestico.No me lo han traido a casa y no me devuelven el dinero.Ha pasado un mes.Dice que lo estan estudiando.Mucho cuidado no tiene buena pinta.Abstenerse totalmente.

Desde Redoon.es compré y me dieron una nevera rota con 2 agujeros, una máquina de café utilizado, y una lavadora que no funciona correctamente.

Kan varmt anbefale at handle ved redcoon vi bestilte et led tv d.30/6-11 og fik en mail samme dag med odrebekræftelst samt track nr til pakken hos gls. Pakken blev så leveret d.5/7-11 på trods af en weekend imellem. Alt var som det skulle være, dansk strømstik samt menu i tv`et kun manuelen var ikke dansk, men pyt den kunne let downloades hos philips. Så ingen problemer der.

Vi takker for en god og hurtig handel og handler gerne hos jer igen.

I orderd a samsung telephone. Everything went great for the order : packaging was good, delays were ok, products were the ones I ordered.

Then I had to send it back under guarantee because of a failure (keyboard stoped working). That was Novembre 2009. Today (April 2010) I'm still fighting to get anything back. It took them 5 months to aknowlege they could not repair the phone and offered a refund. I have been waiting for this refund for a month. I sent lots of mails to the bosses, I spent time on the online chat service, I called them (only in Dutch for the belgian website), and the only answer I get is "please be patient".

This is very wrong!

I ordered a nikon lense worth 120 euros.

First they sent the lense to my address without writing the floor and room number. Two weeks passed and my lense was sent back to redcoon. I call them a number of times and finally I get them to send me a new lense. The new lense is sent two a completely wrong address that DHL would not inform me about.

4 weeks have passed and i cannot get in touch with Redcoon customer service. I call tehm, they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then i give up. (I have spend 35 euros worth of phone cards).
