Back again to buy my 3rd car off Paul Laidler at Redgate Lodge in just 12 months. Im a big car enthusiast and will only buy the very best used cars. Paul looked after me so well with my first 2 cars i would never go anywhere else now. I cant recomend redgate enough thanka very much again for an amazing car and another amazing deal

Bought my BMW x1 from Redgate lodge this is the 3rd car I have bought from them now you always get 5 star service be it from them the dealership or from the service centre and this purchase was no exception fantastic service from Sam thanks so much for making buying cars easy.

Dealt with Will, great lad understood what I wanted and got the job done. We spent more time talking about anything but the golf gti but that’s what made the sale wasn’t your typical boring salesman was more relatable and likeable will definitely be going back in a few years to trade up. John

Great experience at Redgate with Andy. He was really helpful, no hard pushy sale at all. Fully explained everything for me and the car was prepped and looking great for when I arrived to collect. Already know I'll be going here in the future! Great place.

This is garage that we have used several times. There is no pressure on you to buy, just a friendly approach to looking at and considering a purchase. Their standards of preparation of a used vehicle are excellent - in my opinion they are much more thorough than a mainstream dealer. Our salesman was Will who was both knowlegable and considerate in his approach. I hope to have many years of carefree motoring in my new (used!) car!

Massive thank you to Sam at Redgate Lodge! Picked up my new Honda Civic last week and it’s absolutely spot on. Sam had everything sorted so I could collect it the next day. Can’t fault him or the garage, I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Absolutely amazing team and very welcoming and comforting. Sam sold me my car and made everything a relaxed and easy going process, even took the car to a quieter location for me to test drive comfortably after not being on the road for a few weeks. It felt like dealing with a friend but still in a professional manner.
The garage itself is of a high standard in my personal opinion and immaculate, with a beautiful range of vehicles that looked well maintained.
If you're buying your first or hundredth car, I'd go with Redgate Lodge hands down.

Andy was very helpful with helping me choose my first car. All staff at the garage were lovely too.

From start to finish, Redgate Lodge were fantastic - Sam looked after us perfectly, especially when I came to pick up the car with my 10 month old, this was no problem for them at all. Having dealt with big dealerships in the past (with continued terrible customer service), there is no comparison to the outstanding service you get with these guys at Redgate - would recommend to anyone.

Just bought my first car from Redgate lodge. I was dealt with by Will and he offered a 1st class service. Always in the loop with what was happening and can’t fault the car one bit. Would definitely recommend and would happily use this garage again.
