Dealt with Will buying an M140i. Top service would recommend was very hassle free. Really happy with my new car- smooth drive comfortable interior, and great features. Recently travelled from Scotland to buy my new car from Paul Laidler. They gave me a really reasonable price for my part exchange and everything was really easy… in fact most of it was done via WhatsApp which was so convenient for me trying to organise it in between work meetings etc. Paul helped me with transferring my private plate and ensured I had all the info I needed. Loving the car so far… so far so good!

I seen the car on Car Gurus, and WhatsApp messaged Redgate lodge, where they were very quick to reply. I advised I was interested in the Seat Ateca. Andy then asked if it was OK to call me as it was easier to go over on the phone rather than messages back and forth. He explained everything on the phone and reserved the car for me to come and have a look a few days later. I travelled over from Cumbria where the car was ready and waiting. Andy was very efficient and had everything ready for me to buy the car. Very happy 😊.
