This review is about the Red Lobster Restaurant on Route 9, Poughkeepsie, NY. I ordered the grilled chicken. I received five pieces of chicken breast of various sizes. It amounted to about one full chicken breast. They were very dry, cold, stringy, tasteless and tough. It appeared to me that they had been cooked at least a day or more before serving it to me. Since I was part of a large party I didn't want to embarrass the host by complaining. I let it go.

The food was just good, service was okay but I expected to be blown away after soo much hype from a friend which was not the case thereby 3star.

Went to red lobster for my birthday the salad was wilted , potatoes we cold and tasted like they were warmed over not so warm … my clams and popcorn shrimp was under cooked the other order clams and scallops were undercooked and scallops were strong tasting …when we said something the waitress said we cook our items this way … if you want your order cooked longer you should tell us .. I have went to red lobster for 40 years and the last 5 have not been a ver good experience .. we won’t send food back as we do not trust the process ..

Yesterday, I was served by Ms. Nikki. She was friendly and made my visit to Red Lobster so great! She talked to me and helped me make the best choices. I felt that I was in good hands with Nikki! The service and food was the best! Thank you.

New Port Richey Florida Route 19. Run-down, dirty and uninviting. Farm-raised salmon was raw on bottom, had to send it back. Dreadful, unhealthy food.

I loved Red Lobster growing up. But they changed about 10 years ago or so and now are atrocious. It's like they're trying to be hip and cool, with small portions, healthful sides, and newly designed menus. But I paid $15 and got 6 shrimp with some rice and leafy greens. Haven't been back since. It was crowded, rundown, and slow service in the dark.

Avoid like the plague . Poor service crap food, tried to contact corporate customer relations, recording said they were in an all day meeting. Left contact info ,2 days no response. Will be going to Long John silvers when I want fish, better quality and a lot less money.

I went for curbside lunch!
I ordered the Cod fish with fries
Cesar salad and clam Chowder.

Fish wasn’t done it’s basically a large piece of Gordon’s frozen fish!
My salad was super small lettuce in a box
My soup was warmed clam milk
Fries well don’t mention cold and hard...

Celebrating my birthday at red lobster Evansville Indiana food was ok went to leave a tip dropped my wallet went right back of course no one seen it several hundred dollars in it management didn't take it seriously someone there needs to do jail time if you dont turn it in your a thief.

My food was old and my experience was awful , sugar house is awesome . Murray location is absolutely awful .

The food was fast perfect and more than filling. Our waitress was fun, precise and energetic and the manager consistently waking the dining room speaking to guests watching over the restaurant. I am more than impressed with the Marquette Mi Red Lobster!!!

The food at the Gateway Mall in Brooklyn is terrible. The prices have gone up and the food taste like trash now. They have taken a lot of popular meals off their menu too. Just terrible.

This is one of my favorite place to eat, the staff is always pleasant and polite food it’s really good and the drinks child …

Been goin to red lobster since they opened in staunton.va. my mom's FAVORITE restaurant. Well I got got lobster linguini. I always get the crab unless lobsterfest. 28$ I have been sick for 3 wks so I was starving cravin Alfredo got home opened it smelt great looked great I'm thinkin look at ALL this goodness. Took a bite & was like w. Thinkin it was lots of lobsters it was tomatoes so u fooled thinking lots well please change name to tomatoe linguini that's all I could taste. Thanks for takin my favorite there & ruinin it. Know u need to make money. But eatin there is a treat. (Because of ur highcosts) so SAD !!! U just made me bein sick to bein 😠 I will make my own Alfredo from now on I will wait till summer for my tomatoes.. Oh good news the people workin staunton red l WONDERFUL I hold it against corp not them. Take ur tomatoes & shuv. Oh salad not included for 28 $ now. U really suck!!!!$!

We ordered the family size crab linguini alfredo to take home. There was enough sauce and crab for half of the linguini. This happened last time we ordered this but thought we'd give it another try. Will not be going back there, very expensive mistake.

Made The Order Online. On Way To Pick Up Order... The Presumable Evening Manager, As She Said. Don't Remember If She Gave Me Her Name. But When I Asked To Speak To The Manager/Supervisor On Duty She Was Put On The Phone. Same Person That Called Me... Soooo....

Ok... Manager Called Me And Told Me That Shrimp Potstickers Were Not Available. That I Needed To Change My Options. She Did Not Know How I Even Got To Order Them. I Said, They Were On The List. I Thought As A Second Choice For Smaller Portion. (This Is The 2nd X I've Gone To Red Lobster Specifically For These) She Was Kind Of Snub At This Time. She Said We Haven't Had Them For 2 Weeks. (It's Not My Fault They Are On The Menu.)
Then She Said Biscuits Are ... Extra... I Asked How Many Come With The Meal, She Said 2. I Said That Was Plenty. So We Hang Up This Time.

We Get There And There Is Nobody There To Bring Out Our Order... I Call Again... A Young Man Answers.... He Says He Will Be Out In A Moment... Approx 5 Minutes Later, He Brings Our Food...
I Quickly Look Through And It's Definately Missing Our Scampy. I Call Back... He Answers And I Explain That We Are Missing The Scampy. He Brings Out Two Cup Size Containers That I Knew Felt Really Light And Later Find Out Only Hold 5 Shrimp. Boy What A Miss!!!!! But We Head Home...

Once We Get Home... We Are Missing 2 Shrimp Skewers As Well.... By Now I'm Upset. We Only Live 4 Miles Away And With All The Waiting And Mistakes, The Food Is Not Even Warm. I Call Back, Get The Young Man First. Ask For The Manager/Supervisor And That Is When He Puts The Same Woman I Spoke With Earlier On The Phone.
By Now She Is Not Even Friendly.... She Is Of The Opinion That I've Asked For Too Much Food.... As I Will Share In The Moment....
She Says Shes Has Two Tables Together That Has Been There For Two Hours Eating Shrimp And They've Had No Issues. (What That Has To Do With Me, I Haven't A Clue.)
I Started, Stress Started To Explain, That When You Go Out Like This, Eating Like This Is Normal. (Meaning That If You Go Out For All You Can Eat Shrimp, Usually You Eat More Than Normal.) Before I Can Say Anything More... She Cuts Me Off And Says... Honey This Is Not Normal...
(What Happen To Customer Being Right! What Happen To Common Dignity When Serving Customers! I've Thought About Letting This Go, But This Is Allowing This Restaurant To Say This Is Ok To Treat People This Way ! Not To Mention When I Called Customer Service And They Put Me On Hold For Over 15 Minutes And Then I Was Disconnected! I Could Hear Them Pick Up The Phone To See If I Was Still On The Line As Well! Rude!!!!!!!!!
Anyway.... She Says, With All The Issues We've Had On The Order, Let's Send You Out A Free Meal To Your Email. She Asked If There Was Anything Else. I Said I Guess Not If You Are Going To Correct With The Email! (I Was Initially Only Asking To Be Reimbursed For The Skewers, Ie Pick Them Up Later As It Has Been A Horrible Visit So Far!)
She Hastily And Quickly Asks For My Email, And Dismisses Me! I Ask, Don't You Want To Write It Down? She Says No I Got It! (I'm Thinking, Unless She Pulls It From The Order, I No That Is Not True! My Name Is Original And It's Part Of My Email! )
With Her Attitude And Quick Dismissal, I Don't Really Believe That I'm Going To Receive The Email! Guess What!!! Again... 3rd Time Is A Charm!! It's Been Over An Month And No Email! If I Could Bold / Underline / And Change Colors On This Message I Would Emphasise How Rude I Feel She Was And How Messed Up The Order Was! And....... The Restaurant Was Dead!!!!

Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants. I love their menus and prices. This is my family and I to go to restaurant for any celebratory occasions. We either go to the Edison, NJ or Union, NJ location. Always great service.

Amarillo Tx, Its the worst store I've ever ate at.
We sat at the table for 20 minutes waiting on water. We sat there another 20 minutes to get waited on. We finally gave up and left.
The time before that I thought maybe they were just having a bad day. It took 50 minutes to get our food and by the time they bought it out it was cold. Its obvious they are not being managed.

Went to Red Lobster in Bloomingdale, IL. for lunch. Hrs. state they open at 11:00 a.m. Door was locked. So we called. Amy said they don't open until 11:30a.m. I said there was no sign saying that and she told us she didn't have time to put up the time. Came back at noon to a totally empty parking lot and restaurant. She was in another room to where we could see her. She never turned around when we came in talking infact no one was there to even great or seat us so we walked out. How Rude! We went down to La Campana not far from them. Had a great Mexican lunch.
