After an initial quote months before, when I finally tried to book it was with barely a week's notice! Based on this they were extremely helpful in trying to find a solution for me to meet the date I needed, particularly during an incredibly busy Friday in December in lockdown.
In the end, due to van availability at such short notice I opted for a collect the day before the move and then deliver to the new property the day after moving in. While this initially seemed an odd approach and cost a little more, I can honestly say it was the better solution as it took away all of the stress on the actual exchange of contracts day!
From me sending photos and multiple discussions in the days before I felt really comfortable that we had the right size van and that the guys were offering a great service and really cared about getting my move right.
This was then verified on the day when they were professional and friendly while emptying my 2nd floor flat and carefully loading the van.
The approach also meant I had another interaction with them as they delivered to the new house a few days later where again, they were accommodating in how and where we unloaded things and everything was returned to me in perfect condition.

From Sergo in the office with the planning to Vitto on the ground coordinating the physical move, they were great and I trusted that I was in safe hands throughout.
I'd have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family for any future moves.

Excellent customer service from all members of the team involved in the move. Extremely helpful, polite, flexible and hardworking. The price was reasonable and you know what you are paying for with no surprises for "extras". The move from Northampton to Leeds was seamless. I would certainly use again if I move in the future and would recommend Reemove to anyone thinking of moving.

I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone. We had the pleasure in dealing with Sergio at Reemove. Him and the removal guys were fantastic from start to finish, they took good care of our belongings and were ever so helpful with every question we had. Reemove was brilliant in helping us move, we had two lovely chaps who worked so so hard and were really friendly and made our moving day less stressful. They were great value for money and we would use them again when we move next time.

When we first spoke to Serge and Vitto our initial feeling was total trust and warmth
