Good selection of laptops with very good specs for business or study usage. Well priced for spec. Delivery was very quick; it was 4 working days from order to delivery. The laptop was well packaged on arrival and exceeded expectations.

2nd time purchasing from refreshedbyus. Easy to use website, reasonably priced used laptops and the option to increase RAM etc is great. I have had no issues with either laptop and I am very happy that I choose to use a local company. Would definitely recommend.

Lots of selection for all budgets, spotless laptop, quick delivery and great staff!

My company have partnered with Refreshedbyus so I tried to purchase a laptop through the scheme. Despite following the instructions, their website would not allow me to register. I rang them and was asked to send a screenshot of the error, which I did but got no reply back. A number of hours, emails and further phone calls later they finally told me it was due to an update to their site and that their stock had sold out in the meantime. Given the poor state of their website and customer service I’m maybe better off without one of their laptops

This company offer a good selection and value for laptops and the grading of their equipment is precise and fair.
